Delivery late and wrong product delivered
We ordered a twin bed (Amelia) from Rooms to Go on October 19th We were informed that it was in stock but could only be delivered to our zip code on Tues/Thurs We accepted and items were to be delivered between 8-on November 1st The delivery guys were late and subsequently brought the wrong bed They brought a full size bedset that was nothing like the one we ordered They told us that we should keep the Bed set until they could deliver the right one This is ridiculous because we don't have a full size mattress and now we are stuck with this bed we didn't order until they can correct this situation, meanwhile I tried to call customer service but they were closed on a Thurs until pm Eastern Time How is this helpful??? I am extremely disappointed as we have been loyal customers of Rooms to Go The delivery guys could obviously care less I will not buy again from Rooms to Go Order # XXXXXXXX

We were not satisfied with the mattress pads we bought so we tried to return them within this time and was denied.Customer service was completely rude

Multiple issues with delivery and experience with the Rooms To Go customer service and delivery team
We ordered furniture on July 24th at Rooms To Go at XXXXXHaynes Bridge Road, Alpharetta GA XXXXX Orders XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX, & XXXXXXXX
The order had to be broken into three deliveries due to availability of the products we ordered The first delivery was completed on the expected date, however, there was very minor damage done to our wall in the bedroom and one of the pieces of furniture had damage to the back of the piece that was not impacting the use or structure so customer service only noted it in our file and we did not request a tech to come out but could if we needed to The second delivery was also made as schedule and the team bringing in our chairs for the table already delivered, bumped our table damaging the corner a minor bit, again it wasn't bad enough that we wanted to have to wait for new furniture

I have a sofa that had stains ,rooms to go came in tried to clean itMade even more damage to the leather coachthe manager told me that he was not suppose to even touch it, if he saw that there were marker stains after his cleaning the leather is coming of evenmore

Ordered a entertainment center from RTG the original delivery was hours late, product was delivered and installed and found to be warped and defective (drawers not shutting, towers not lining up)A week later a tech comes by to inspect and determines a replacement is requiredWeeks later the replacement comes, AGAIN hours past delivery timemy daughter is in bed because they arrived @ 10pm!! Replacement comes falling apart, so we have to mix and match parts to make a complete unitat this point im completely over itholes to connect towers were on the opposite end so I had to DRILL MY OWN HOLES to properly install product!!! ive been given the run around from customer service who is quick to offer a $credit towards a future purchaseare you kidding me??? We have purchased furniture from Rooms To Go since 1994, while living in Cape Coral, Gainesville and Orlando We have always been thoroughly satisfied with the sales, products, services and delivery During our purchase of a recliner last month (March, 2018) however, we experienced an issue, which was immediately addressed and taken care of by Scott, the local store manager He went above and beyond to assure our complete satisfaction Thanks to you Scott You rate gold stars from us!

I went into Rooms to Go on Saturday 8/27/and purchased a Sealy mattressThat following Monday I went back into the store to cancel the purchase because I had read reviews and found out that Sealy wasn't the best and had issues with the mattress saggingI talked to a manager and my sales guyThey persuaded me towards the Stearns and FosterI know they are are a much better mattress and that this would be much better qualityThey even helped me to call the credit company and increase my credit lineI spent $more in addition to the Sealy mattress
The store only had one style of the Stearns and FosterI did ask if it was a plush firmI was under impression that was the oneWe did the paperwork over near the customer service areaI did not go and check out the mattress
