the store manager in coolsprings said rooms to go has no box trucks just semi trailers that I could get my own truck or get my money backlied to me
I had to wait for days and know I have to wait for another dats for their mistack.the general manager dan wsaid this is my problem and I should get my own truck or come and get my money back that he had to other options for me and that rooms to go has no box trucks for deliveries for which I have seen in person and on tv adsthe are supposed to be managers that try to fix a problem for their customersthey have to customer support and do not care what your problem is and refuse you any helpI filed a complaint with the corp office and that was the same they did not care what I had to say

Hours and hours late delivery, then defective merchandise
I have spent literally thousands of dollars on furniture from this storeIn every case the merchandise had to be returned and replaced because it was defectiveIn all but one case, the furniture was attempted to be delivered hours later than the timeframe window, going into very late at night Every time I have ordered furniture, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, I have indicated to the ordering representative to make sure I did not have a late, or evening delivery Yesterday took the cake They were to deliver and replace a defective dining table, for the second time The first replacement two weeks ago was defective on delivery I had to wait another days to replaceYesterday my timeframe was from 2:to 6: At 8:at night a man called me, could not speak or understand English, and said, and I quote, "you still want this?" I start work at 5:a.mand go to bed at 8: Obviously, I told him no Customer service said no

I bought a few rooms of furniture in May for a house I only go to occasionally so the furniture is not used very oftenMy couch seats always look wrinkled and as if I have been sitting on the couch for daysI always turn the cushions but it don't helpI understand the couch is only warrantied for a year but again I don't use it much and you would think that they would want to look at it to give some feedback to the manufacturerAll I received is a sorry we can"t do anything because it's over a year oldI have dealt with other companies that went beyond their service policy to ensure good customer serviceRooms to go falls very short of this
Received broken merchandise, replaced twice, still damaged
We purchased 12k worth of furniture, the wall center was delivered to us damagedWe contacted Rooms To Go and they set up a re delivery in monthWe received the second set and it was still damaged, not only that but employees did not fully install the unit, leaving parts all overWe wasted full days to receive the furniture and are still dealing with damaged merchandiseThe first unit did not match in color, the left piece was glossy, while the right side was matteThe second order had scratches all over the console as well as missing knobsThis unit was paid around $
