On October 31st, we had bought/delivered a Sofa and chairs, we paid extra for StainmasterSInce then there has been nothing but issues
We bought a Sofa and chairs in October of It was delivered October 31st, We paid extra to have Stainmaster applied to the furniture as it was a light color and we wanted it to be covered in case of any stainsIn November the chair had lost all cushioning in the arm and so we called Rooms to Go and they came out to investigate, they ended up replacing the chairNot a month later the cushions on the back of the couch began loosing all of their cushion, the seat cushions began piling and there was two stains on the couch that would not come out with Rooms to Go special cleaner, that they advertise takes out everything, not to mention the stainmaster that was guaranteedYet again I called Rooms to Go, they sent out someone to supposedly clean the couch, he stated that the stainmaster was a rip off and that the stains probably would

The furniture I got was manufactured wrong and I am having trouble getting this problem taken care of

My issues started with the dining tableThe finish on it is so thin; if you breath on it wrong the bare wood is exposedSecondly,
When we bought the couch, we were told it was 100% leatherAfter not even a year, the portions between the seat cushions and under the back cushions began to peel awayThis has progressively gotten worse to the point that the "leather" in those areas is completely goneWe have dealt with this but now the back of the couch is starting to bubble and peelWe have been diligent with applying leather conditioner to it regularlyThis tells me that the only thing on this "100% leather" couch that is actually leather is th
