Refusing to exchange out faulty bed which is causing a safety hazard
We waited a month after our order to get our bedroom set delivered Among other issues that have been resolved (damaged dresser) the bed that was delivered was either put together wrong or is faulty as there are significant gaps on all sides of the bed allowing for small dogs and children to fall into the cracks and suffer injury We have expressed the need to have this bed fixed or replaced, we have had three visits to our home and rooms to go is refusing to respond to this urgent safety matter and replace the bed There is a strong liability factor here and we need rooms to go to respond to this emergency situation and immediately provide a replacement bed frame that is properly constructed so that this liability issue is resolved before anyone gets hurt as rooms to go will be held accountable should this occur We wish to avoid anyone or any or our animals getting hurt Time is of the essence here
