If I'm not mistaken they've been to may house or times already since my husband purchased furniture for me as a Christmas gift in and as of today this hasn't been resolved The last visit Feb 18th was from a ROOMS Go tech that took pics and has reported that I the customer am wrong It's a customer preference or wear???? REALLYHow is that when this issue and several other issues were reported the same day the furniture was delivered within 10-mins after the truck left????? Wear??? So the product doesn't hold up for three months oh no months and weeks?????????? WOW?????!!!!!!

I purchased a bedrooms set for my son over a month ago , the bed came broken and this is the way it was assembled , according to the technician the mirror couldn't be assembled because there were screws missing and the drawers were missing the handles so they had to be orderedI received the handles right before the New Years holiday so I had to wait to over a week to receive the parts and I also had to wait to schedule a technician to come outIn order for them to accommodate me ASAP I had to call times since the earliest they can work with my schedule was for Jan They were able to expedite me for Jan 12th but I had to call and make arrangement with family so that they can take the day off from work so that I can be able to accommodate rooms to go delivery system ( 3hour window )As I was dusting the drawers, I opened the drawers , only to find out that the handles I had been waiting for were installed incorrectly by the technician on the inside of the drawers , this is unacceptable, what kind of technicians are you hiring ? Do they even have a instruction set to follow or a picture of what they are assembling ?I had to call rooms to go over times over the course of this issue to make sure this issue was addressedI am extremely disappointed and this will be my last purchase at rooms to goThe message I've been getting from everyone I've called is pretty much that there's nothing that they can do ,so technically I need to just deal with it Rooms to go needs to make sure they have qualified technicians and are providing exceptional service if they do not plan on correcting the problems that arise from incompetent technicians or unsatisfactory service

Hello, I purchased my sectional in the RTG show room on Saturday 11/11/My experience in the show room could of been better as the sales people chase you around like sharksMy sales rep assisted me with getting set up (PAID IN FULL) & was promised delivery for Wednesday 11/15/I got a call Monday 11/13/giving me my delivery time window for between 8-12pmToday at around 8:30am I received a call from Bob to advise me that the delivery truck had broken downHe then explained that someone would be coming out to fix the truck and that my sectional would "definitely" be delivered before 12pmNow, I at 9am and I had adjusted my work schedule to be able to come into work today at 12:30pmI confirmed with Bob and explained to him I would be heading to work once they were done and that I needed to be at work at 12:He again explained my delivery would arrive well before noon & the guys would only take minutes to get it inside and set up12:30pm rolls around and I call in RTG and speak to Jordan and explain to her what is going nowNo one had arrived yet and now I am late to work and needing to call my supervisor to explain that I won't be making my shiftShe told me the truck was still broken down and that she couldn't give me an idea of when they would be arrivingI explained to her that I was told it would be before 12pm and I paid for that selected delivery time of 8am-12pm and I wanted the delivery refundedShe said she couldn't refund the delivery until the sectional was actually deliveredShe also explained that immediately after my delivery I would get a follow up call and to explain to that person what happened and they would be able to assist me with processing a refund for my deliveryWe hung up and the delivery arrives hours laterAt this point I had to get my shift covered and am now taking a day off of workThe delivery guys came in and continued to slide the furniture across the floor despite my asking if they could lift it instead as I didn't want my hardwood floors getting scratchedSeveral scratches later they continued sliding the sectional and my own furniture they needed to move out of the way to get it inI again explained that they are scratching the floor and asked that they lift instead of slide the furniture-they didn't stopFinally they left and I got a call from Joann to follow up on my deliveryShe was the absolute rudestI explained to her the entire ordeal and did what Jordan advised me to do which was request a refund for my delivery due to my awful experienceI explained they were hours late and I missed work because of itShe explained in the rudest tone that the furniture was in fact delivered after all and she wasn't going to refund me for them being late and for me missing workI explained to her I was guaranteed a time frame and she then told me that that wasn't true because RTG never guarantees a time frameJust this morning Bob himself said the delivery would definitely be here before 12pmHer tone wasn't compassionate, understanding or kindShe spoke extremely condescendingly and continued to explain that it was delivered and she wouldn't refund meI asked if I could escalate the call and she said very disgustingly "Ma'am I am a SENIOR agent" and there wasn't anyone else to escalate the call toShe then placed me on abrupt hold without much of a warning and came back and offered me a $RTG certificateI explained to her that was't what I was requesting and there was nothing I could buy with a $RTG certificateShe then said extremely rudely again "ok Ma'am I'll have someone call you" and began rushing me off the phonePretty much not pleased that I wouldn't take her measly $I then explained I would then write my review on Revdex.com, Facebook or whatever platform to see about getting what I am requestingI decided to start here to give RTG chance to make this rightI feel like during the buying process everyone wants to be so kind and accommodating until the merchandise has been delivery and now you're nobodyMy husband is as upset as I am and we are even contemplating returning the entire set and getting a refund because of the lack of good customer serviceI mean when you call to follow up on a delivery first off the person calling should have a pleasant tone and prepared to hear good or bad and come into it with kindness and understanding and of course a good attitudeI believe compassion * understanding goes a longJoann didn't even apologize for the inconvenienceShe is in the wrong positionI myself work in Customer service and could never get away with speaking to anyone the way she didShe spoke to me as if this was my problem and not hers and had frustration in her voice wishing the call was overShe rushed me along & just didn't take the time to understand how inconvenient today wasShe took what was suppose to be a happy time and ruined itI'm asking that this is made right and my delivery be refundedTY

An extended warranty wasn't offered this was the first time & last time doing business with rooms to go after reading other consumer complaints
We attempted to contact the store we purchased our furniture from which told his we didn't purchase the extended warranty the last payment was paid when the coach middle broke at only a year oldWe asked for a number to pay their repair guy to fix a couch we had for year & was told they couldn't share that information

Customer Service and Warranty Issue

Damage to the home is not being sufficiently or fairly compensated for
Couches were delivered to my home on Dec31, Damage to the hardwood flooring in the hallway was sustained I sent pictures, a video and quotes from flooring companies as requested by rooms to go My claim was denied due to lack of evidence Then, we hired a professional photographer because my i-phone pictures didn't do the damage justice (its a dark hallway with only some natural light)Because it was New Years Eve, we had a house full of guests so we also included letters from friends and neighbors confirming the damage was done by the movers Our claim was then re-opened, but we were only offered half of the money listed in the two quotes provided by professional flooring companies The RTG In Home Damage Claims Manager will not call me back as I have questions regarding the low monetary amount She mentioned the amount offered was "sufficient and fair", but it is half the quoted amounts I
