Lone Sharking for a single Sofa
We bought a sofa thru the acceptance now that was offered at the time of service with rooms to go since my husband and I did not have the means to pay for the sofa itself that day, we agreed to a contract that we had to pay off with in months then after if it was paid off then we would have an extended amount due until it has been paid off, I pay each month towards a sofa and have been for well over a year we were not able to pay off sooner for the other option, as of todays date 12/28/we have sent in but this total does not include what we still owe which is this totals for a single sofa in the amount of When me and my husband both agreeded that its too pricey to keep paying we could have bought sofas with the amount of money that we have spent already with this acceptance now rip off, when I spoke with the customer service rep at rooms to go, I was informed that if I return the merchandise it would go against my

I recently received an advertisement in the Sunday paper for a sale at Rooms to Go A gray leather sofa and love seat, Aventino We drove to the North Charleston store to view the setWe were told by the sales staff that none were available to view but we could drive to "North Carolina" four hours away to view it Our other option was to buy the set, have it delivered and return it if we were not satisfied, however we would not have the delivery charge refunded I believe this is not only poor customer service but also misleading advertising At best, it is very poor marketing I will not purchase furniture from this business in the future

Purchased the Veneto brown leather reclining sofa, chair and rocker recliner in July 2011, leather is totally cracked up
I noticed the leather flaws in July 2011, however, I was advised it was just the leatherWe were rarely sitting on the furniture until recently because we use our den The leather is pealing off, and my month old son was able to pull off a piece and put it into his mouth, while he was lying on my shoulder being put to sleep

Delivery personnel damaged my TV
I had a mattress and an adjustable bed delivered to my apartment on 09/28/My apartment manager open the door for the delivery guys to start unloading the bed, I got there about minutes later, at which time the bed frame was already set up in my roomThe guys brought the mattress and set it up
I went back to work and went out of town for the weekendI came back on Sunday 9/30/and when I turned on my TV there was a big break on the lower left side of the screen which was not there Friday morning when I used my TV last
You can't see the break when the TV is turned off that's why I didn't report the damage on Friday
