I returned furniture and the money did not go back on my credit card
5/1/purchased a living room set which the soft was returned and the credit was never applied back to my card
I contacted customer care and the first person I spoke with say that there was supposed to be a credit of $and she noted my account, when I was transferred to the person who could return the money he said it was credited back but after arguing with him; he refused even though the return invoice# XXXXXXXXRT says the amount was supposed to be returned to my card
I ordered $worth of furniture split in ordersThey were supposed to deliver one of the orders todayA courtesy call was requested upon delivery, due to the furniture was to be delivered to another addressThey show up to the house at am without notificationI called minutes after, they said they had to wait until the dispatch supervisor respond to the emailhours passed and nobody could tell me much about my orderFinally, someone said the furniture had to be returned back to the warehouse and I had to reschedule to receive itThat's just to beat the customer out of another $delivery feeThis company will be the next to go out of business because their customer service sucksNeedless to say, the furniture was supposed to be my grandson's 1st birthday present in which I did not have to offer to himTheir entire online website says their priority is the customerIts bogus

Purchased couch 5/2/16-$(without tax)-leather discloured and mechanism broken on one of the two power seats.Couch is droopy on one side
One of the two power seats makes a terrible sound when opening or closing and jumps which you feel on the rest of the couch The mechanism tore a hole in the back leather of the couch and also cracked a hole in the wallThe leather on various parts of the couch is worn and faded, especially the upper pillow of the seat that is broken A view of the couch from the front shows a marked decline of the broken power seat and does not keep a straight line when the couch is closed and you can see that it is droopy on one side
A specialist from RoomsToGo visited and reported back that the customer damaged the couchHow can a and ayear old break a mechanism on a couchNo children in house at any time RoomsToGo refused to correct or fix the situation
We recently purchased living room furniture at The Dunn NC locationWe were so pleased with our sales person and the process of the purchase We opted to have a Saturday delivery since we both work full time and that was going to be week period which we were ok with
When the delivery date got close we go two calls stating that the delivery was scheduled and we would get a call the day before with a time frame of that delivery and the day before we got a call saying it would be delivered on the next day between and am We got up early that Saturday to be ready for our delivery, we got a call about 10:from the Florida location asking if the driver had arrivedI told them no and they were going to reach out to him and call me backAfter hours and no call or delivery I called the number back and was told the driver had gotten a truck that was loaded backwards as we were to be the first delivery we now were going to be the last oneThey said it would be between 2-pm at this pointWe did not get our delivery until 7;after another call to them when we had not seen the driver at as they said and at that call we were told the driver would call us hour out so we could be sure we were home as we had gone to run errands after we were told it would be 2-timeHe called when he was in front of our homeglad we were home because we did not have enough notice to get there if we were notTHEN when they started unloading they had the wrong love seat!!!! They said they also had our sofa at the back of the truck(we were loaded last!!!) The box they though was the sofa was another love seat but at least it was the right oneAfter they got it inside and set up my husband ask when we would get the other piece and we were told to call the storeThis is about 8:and the store closes at My husband called to speak to the manager and wee were told they would see if he was availableAfter he finally got to the phone he stated he was not sure when we could get our other piece but he would check with delivery and call us backMy Husband ask would he call him back before they closed and he was told yes they were really quick We never got a call until after on the next dayThe manager that called back ask what he could do to make it right and we explained that their delivery process is AWFUL and we ask for them to come pick up the piece we did have and cancel the orderThat was over a week ago and we set up an appointment for this past Saturday but we had a death and had to call to change that They stated the driver could pick it up on Monday and would be call me hour before arrivingAfter I did not see them at pm my husband called and was told they wee coming but it would be between 2-We never saw the driver until 10- PM
I suggest if you purchase from them you do not get deliveryA company this size should have a better system for delivery and to be lied to by a manager is UNACCEPTABLEThey will not get any of my money

We scheduled an appointment to have a large sectional sofa delivered to our home during a hour window My wife had two weeks notice and changed her work schedule around to be present We didn't receive any updates about a late delivery or apology about the delay Once the window of delivery passed, we called Rooms to Go They could not give us any updates other than, "they're on their way." We had to press for more information and they mentioned another time window The delivery did not arrive within this window, either The customer service over the phone was very unprofessional and unhelpful The movers were very kind and worked diligently However, they failed to remove the legs of the furniture Because of this, they were unable to make the corner around the stairwell to the second floor and caused several deep, long (two feet) indentations/scratches to the walls, ceiling, and cornersEventually, they removed the legs and were successful in bringi

I have a line of credit with Rooms to Go which is due on the first of each monthDue to my busy work schedule I am unable to make into the store to make the payments nor do thy provide me with a mailing in methodI either have to make the payment over the phone or go into the storeHowever, representative start calling me on the first of each month several times a day without giving me the opportunity to come into the store to make the paymentI have tried making the payment over the phone and my debit card information was compromisedIf I'm not able to make into the store, they began calling the references I submitted to them as well as my employer

Denied claim for extended warranty
I made a claims for extended warranty damage caused by a pet and was advised it was not coveredEven though I was advised at sale of the warranty that all damage covered by children, animals, and damage and caused by wear and tear would be coveredI have a liquid stain on the table and they refuse to move on the stain until I advise what liquid was on itI was also advised that damage to my couches would be covered and was informed only stains were coveredThis is not what I was sold and why would anyone pay this cost if it would never be able to be used?
