I purchased a new sectional set and two swivel chairs from Rooms To Go on 9/22/at Store #with Belinda Sarne order number XXXXXXX Belinda was a great sales associated who helped me get what I wanted I have three issues that occurred days later:
I scheduled delivery to be on Sept 26th My furniture did come during this time but without the promised brackets that would keep the sectional together During my visit on Sept 22nd to the store, Belinda showed me the brackets that she ensured me would come with my sectional after consulting the employee who set up the furniture and the manager who took care of that aspectThe manager of that section also spoke to me and allowed me to take a picture of the brackets to show to my friend

I just moved to a new home and bought majority of my furniture from RoomtogoI have main issues here
1) When I went to purchase in January, my sales rep was ArleneI was told that Rooms was offering a year financing apart from the low rates etc and I therefore made the purchaseThere was a time during my purchase cycle again in Jan that I was contemplating cancelling and going to HighpointArlene convinced me not to especially showing the year financing benefitI finally bought from Kids (Katlyn was the sales rep and also gave the same offer) and from the main storeWhen I received my Syncrony bank statement, I was shocked to see Year financing in majority of the caseI immediately called the store, was put on hold for a long time and finally told that the manager will call me Monday which he never didIn between, I called Arlene and she was surprised too and assured that the s

I purchased rooms of furniture in May When the furniture was delivered, it took coffee tables to get one not damagedI worked with Michelle Lto finally get a table not damaged and she did refund me approximately $because I had to miss work for appointmentsThen I had to have the chairs to the dining room table replaced several times because they kept breakingOne even literally fell apart when someone sat in itSo in June Michelle Lagreed to give us an entirely new tableWe bought a new table in June Now less than a year later the veneer is coming offAlso in Spring the mechanism on the powered couch brokeSo they replaced the couchLess than a year later, all the seams are coming out of the second couchIt is coming out on all three cushions (bottom and back), the reclining part, the arms and even the back of the couchSo I called in January

Aside from poorly made furniture prepare to waste a lot of time trying to pay your bill Don't bother with their customer service dept
Process for making online payments is not user friendly and to this point I am still trying to find a way to pay my bill Their customer service department will only add to your aggravation Their quality of furniture is not worth this aggravation Back to IKEA

I purchased a complete living room furniture set from Rooms To GoAt the same time I purchased the furniture fabric protection coverageWithin weeks of the purchase there were unexpected spotsUnexpected because I was told the company had applied the protection before delivery and it was suppose to protect the materialI have called the company to request a cleaning at least timesThe last technicians stated that Rooms To Go would contact me and have the stains professionally cleanedThen rooms to go would come back and reapply the protection coverageI did not hear from RTG so I called and was told that I had to have it professionally cleaned at my expenseI was shocked because it was clearly stated by the technicians that RTG would do the professional cleaningThis furniture is not even a year old, it was expensive and the same spots from the first complaint

the leg to one of my chairs broke into called and asked to have it fixed then it broke again and then again I had it fixed and it's still broken
the leg of my chairs is still broken even after they came twice I asked them to replace the leg and they blamed the reason the chair is broken on the floor of my apartment which is completely leveled

I'm so disappointed with RTGAfterwards, I read the RTG reviews by other customersNo way, no how will I consider a future purchase from RTGI can only hope that this information will improve the performance of Southeast Independent Trucking or RTG find a new delivery vendor

My front door was damaged by the crew delivering the purchased furniture to my home
On August 2nd, I received a couch I purchased from Rooms to Go When the crew delivered the couch, they damaged my front door They did not attempt to protect the door When we confronted him about the damage, he said "it wasn't going in any other way." I purchased a bedroom set and a mattress from rooms to go in I reported that the mattress went from firm to soft already and it now sinks in the middle They refused to exchange it because it wasn't covered by the manufacturer I say if they aren't going to guarantee their product for years then both the manufacturer and rooms to go should not be in business I bought another bedroom set in and wished I hadn't now If rooms to go doesn't fix my issue I will not purchase anything else from them and I will call all the local television stations to have them all show what happens when you buy something at Roomd To Go and that Rooms To Go won't actually guarantee their product
