RTG employees have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen What ever happened to keeping the customer satisfied? We placed an order in the Dunn, NC store/warehouse on April with an agreement for furniture to be delivered on May We waited all day and finally made a call into Customer Care to see what was the reason for the delayCped from what they could see on the computer They told us that our order was being held up because of a $balance which no one could tell us where that came from since it suddenly appeared after we placed the order, paid for the order, and left the store I spoke with a supervisor who tried to get the issue resolved and it turned out that also on top of the less than $balance that their computer did not capture our signature when we signed on April The supervisor told us the furniture would not be delivered until that signature was obtained Why did the truck pull up in front of my yard minutes after I got off the phone with the supervisor? When my fiancé and I approached the delivery guy (who was on the phone with his rude supervisor by the name of Charles) he told us that he could not leave the furniture I could heard Charles on speaker phone, yelling at the delivery guy telling him, "Do not take that furniture off the truck.....drive off, jus drive off!" I told the delivery guy to please do what your supervisor is telling you to do because I was waiting on the supervisor to call me back about this order We ended up talking to Ron (the Dunn, NC - store manager) who showed no care or concern about the mess up Ron did tell my fiancé that we would be compensated for their errorWe drove back to the store (1hr mins away) the next day so that we sign again for the financing of the furnitureI also requested that we get reimbursed for at least the delivery charge I received my finalized receipt and the delivery charge was still showingI called to the store, spoke with some rude women by the name of Shaniqua who rudely told me that they could not credit me for the delivery fee but I could call corporate office I called corporate office, they agreed to credit me the delivery fee but it couldn't be done until after the furniture was showing in the system....."DELIVERED" I will see if I have to post another review or file a complaint once the furniture arrives!!!!!! RTG needs to offer training classes on "How to Better your Customer Service Skills" to all of their employeesThe sale reps are the only nice people in the store

I fully understand that at any point and time that Rooms to go can close accounts at their dispose Is it really beneficial to those who have a rooms to go credit account to have their account closed just because the company decidied to go with another financial institution to handle their accounts I deal with other companies in the same regards and they just transfer the account to the new financial institution Most times you will receive notification of the change and will receive a new card, but this is way more beneficial to the consumer who plans to continue to do business with the company In order for me to gain another credit account with rooms to go I would need to apply which hinders the total life of the accounts on my credit score I believe that long term this will cause many consumers to be reluctant to gain a rooms to go credit account for the fear that their ac

In 2012, I went to Room to Go to purchase real quality leather furniture and ready to pay in cashThe sales agent told us about a Nice "leather" set and I, being sold on the presentation and said "leather quality", purchased the sofa, chair and loveseat including leather furniture protection for $1500, including deliveryFast forward several years I begin to notice furniture cracking and peelingDid some research to see what to do and ultimately contacted Rooms to GoI was given an email to send pictures toI did this as instructedWas told they would Only issue $creditWell we went to store and could not find any set for $600!! Spent about hours (with no assistance) before being approached for helpTold them the scenario and all of a sudden no one could help us but one sales rep(Later found out this was the rep who in lied and sold us the original fake leather set but they did not tell us it was help

RTG is NOT warranting the full 10yrs of my manufacturers 10yr mattress warranty
