I purchased two items directly at the retail store in Charlotte, NC. RTG sent one of the items to the incorrect address in a different city where I don't reside anymore. I was informed that a big box was left in front of that house on October 3rd and I immediately contacted RTG to let them know. Their customer service representatives were not efficient or knowledgeable, nobody seemed to care or to take ownership of the issue. I had to place around 8-10 calls and I was advised a few times that someone was going to contact me back and never received those calls. I finally received a call from the store manager who advised me that he was calling me the day after with a solution and never called me back. I ended up calling him back for him to tell me that he didn't have any updates for me. I had to ask for a refund since nobody gave me a solution. Here we are about 2 weeks later and that box is still sitting on the street in front of that house and I never received the item I purchased. The manager stated that they had to contact the people that reside in that house to ask them to put a return label so it can be picked up which I don't consider appropriate and it's actually unacceptable! Completely disappointed with RTG service. I wasted a lot of time and effort with this company.

We purchased a sofa, chair and ottoman along with a dining room table and four chairs in November 2015. We also purchased a king bed mattress, box springs and frame in March of 2017. These items were purchased for our second home in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida which we use approximately five months a year. The sofa in the two years since purchase has the cushions broken down to the point that we are going to have to replace it. The total usage is less than twelve months with moderate weight people (140-170 lbs). We visited the store in Melbourne, Florida the weekend of January 20th, 2018 to inform them of the situation. We were told the the sofa only carries a one year warranty and further that it was a discontinued model. They were unwilling to consider a reselect or a discount on another sofa.We have spent in the two years with Rooms To Go $4,037.62. We do not believe this is acceptable customer service and will purchase our new sofa from another local furniture store. Going forward we will not make any future purchases from Rooms To Go or give a positive recommendation as to their quality and service after the sale.
A couch was purchased at rooms to go in July with fabric protection, now fabric is dirty and they don't cover it!
