Have had a lot of issues with delivery On 07/15/at 7:32PM I purchased a furniture package, order # XXXXXXXX, from Rooms to Go Store # The order totaled $1526.50, including tax and delivery/setup Scheduled delivery date was 7/26/between the hours of 1-5PM I recieved a call at 2:59PM from telephone number 863-499-stating that the delivery team was three stops away from me and that it would still take some time for them to get here Time stated to me was between and 7PM Frustrated I said ok and hung up the phone Since it was going to take longer I decided to go take care of a few things such as dropping my son off at cheer and going to Walmart to pick up a few items I needed for a trip we were leaving for as soon as the delivery was made While shopping at Walmart I received a second phone call from phone number 813-623-at 4:34PM stating that the team got caught up and was currently sitting at my house At this point I had not received a courtesy c

Furniture was returned due to damage and was supposed to get full refundStill billed for miscellaneous fees Purchased furniture and financed through Synchrony which is the credit service for Rooms to Go Received partial order and the rest kept coming delivered damaged so, returned after numerous attemptsWhile waiting on good furniture over the the two months, made two payments to SynchronyReturned furniture and now receiving bills for part of total order from SynchronyBoth store and Synchrony keep giving us the run around about who owes who and will not drop the charges on furniture that we don't even havePlus, Synchrony will not refund the two payments we madeMultiple calls and many supervisors spoken to has not helped
