Purchased bedroom set and the bed broke while my husband and I were asleep I was weeks pregnant when the first bed I purchased from RTG brokeI contacted CS and they sent out a tech to assess the bedHis assessment concluded that the bed frame and rails were flimsy and that there was a probable chance of bed possibly breaking again and that we should look into getting another sturdier bedI was admitted to the ER a few days later for bleeding and had my baby prematurely at weeksWhether this incident was the cause or not, it's hard to say but I wanted to add that statement When I spoke with customer service, I indicated to them that I needed a sturdier bed and they said I would have to pay the difference for a different bed but I did not agree with thatI explained that it was not my fault that the bed broke and felt I should not have to pay the diff for a sturdier bedI went back and forth with CS and the Cs mgrs and they made it very clear that the bed bre

My order was canceled with out my approval, just because I asked for the cancellation policy I ordered a new bed back in april 24th, transaction cleared on april 25thIt was told to be available on the 5th of may and would be delivered on may 7th.I called on april 30th and asked about the cancellation policyI had found the same bed at another furniture store for less so I wanted to know if I was able to get all my money backAt first I told the sales man that would be fine when he explained the policy and then my husband said no because we would not get all our money backSo I told him to wait and I would call him back for sure if I wanted to cancel for sureI had a weird feeling closer to the date of delivery so I called and they told me the order had been canceledI questioned it and they said it was cancelledI was very upsetThey said that they had sent out a check for the refund and I would get it shortly and the rest would be a store creditI talked to the man

Paid for a sectional that is broken and its been over 2 months and keep getting the pushed around. Will not refund my money. On May 17, 2018 we bought a sectional and agreed to pay for express delivery of $89.99 but on May 21, 2018 the couch was delivered not only did the delivery guys pull into my front yard (grass area) but they didn't have a lift so they threw each of the 6 pieces onto the ground.
