Manufacturing issue with product and lack of response from claims department In December of my husband and I purchased a piece sofa from Rooms to Go (sofa, chaise, and ottoman)Less than a week after the delivery of the sofa my mother visited us and was sleeping on the new sofa and complained that the sofa portion did not feel like the rest of the piece sofaShe stated that the cushion seemed to be a bit thin and you could feel the springsMy husband and I do not use the sofa often and are not typically the kind of people to complain so we let it slip, thinking that if it became a bigger issue we would still be covered by the extended warrantyMy husband noticed a flaw in the cushions of the sofa when he had a client at our home and the springs could be clearly felt through the sofa even in portions that rarely were sat onWe paid for an extended warranty through the financing we received at the time of purchase and are sorry to say that we received little to no documen
MY FAMILY AND I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT ROOMS TOGO AGAIN On Tuesday February 28th between 11am and 3pm eastern standard time we were expecting a delivery from Rooms To Go, after waiting for it for over monthsMy wife took an unpaid day off to make sure that she was available to receive the long a waited bedroom setShe received a call around 2pm letting her know that there was a delay, and the new delivery time would be from 3pm to 5pm, my wife politely agreed and again waitedShe then received a second call around 4pm that the delivery truck was still delayed and will now be between 5pm and 7pmAt 7:20pm after a frustrating day, and my daughter being disappointed because she has not received the furniture I canceled the delivery We received no email no phone call on the status of the delivery truck or even if it would be showing up, prior to me calling at 7:20pm to cancel my order My family and I are extremely disappointed at the way our delivery was handled, and the inconvenience that this caused my familyThis is not a way to do business or keep customers coming back

Defective product was delivered. I've been told something different by every person I speak too. Defective product was delivered. I was told it would be a new one and now they are saying they just want to fix it. I don't want a fixed product I want a new product with no issues that I was promised. No one is returning my calls and I'm being told something different by each person.
