After several issues after purchasing inlcuding but not limited to incorrect information, not getting everything we paid for and service issue After purchasing our furniture we we never given a reciept or correct delivery information (even though we called to double and triple check)Which lead to our furniture being delivered by suprise to us after my husband had just got home from a hour shift and we hadn't moved our other furniture (as we were given different dates)We accepted the delivery as we were told that if we didnt we would be charged more feesThe furniture couldnt be opened or checkedSo once we open it we find alot of damage plus we didnt get the stuff we paid for as far as guard protectionWe've now been passed around and no one wants to take any responsibility for itEspecially not the store even though we tried to return the day it was delivered and they ignored us til time was up to do soWe're now being told were in am area the warranty company doesnt actu

Misrepresentation of financing terms In May of 2015, I purchased a sofa/bed, dining set and mattressI put $down and financed the remainder of the purchase It was not disclosed to me that this was a leasing company and this was not financing

Purchased the Del Mar Ebony piece set a couple of years agoAfter recently moving no one can put the the dinette table back together I recently moved and the legs to the dinette table had to be unscrewed from the glass table in order to move the furnitureWhile settling in to my new apartment I have had at least to different people try to figure out how to put the dinette table togetherI called customer service begging and pleading asking RTG (Rooms to G0) if a technician could please come and put the dinette table back togetherCustomer stated due to expiration of warranty and liability no one could help meI asked if there is a waiver I could sign so that a technician could come and put the dinette set togetherI have no one to help meI am short, the glass table is heaving and I have back painsIt was worsened since I was trying to put the piece of dinette set together

I purchase a living room set last 11-9th And I was told by the sales rep that if I decided to change my mind I Can cancel the order but now I can't I purchased a living room set on the 11-And the sales representative told me that I can cancel at any point in time I call today Tuesday 13th another telling me I can't cancel and if I do they keep 20% as a store credit instead of refunding me my whole amount I was completely deceived by the sales representative and now the company that doesn't want to Ana what the sales rep said

RTG delivered the items that I purchased incompleteThe drawers were missingRTG said that I had to pay an additional $per/trundle per/bed Before I bought the beds, I went at least three times to RTG to look at the beds I intended to buyOn each occasion I spoke to the same sales person and I asked specifically if the beds came with the drawers and she answer " yes." I am filing this complaint because there is a charge off on my credit report that I am unaware of I am unaware of this charge and have called several times to get information on it and advised the representative that if in fact it was owed I would make arrangements to pay itNo one has been able to find any information on this charge

Incorrectly billed, never got credit for the warranty mattress Exactly what the summary says, 1st mattress was under warrenty, was told to go shopping we did the next mattress came used, the 3rd mattress wasn't comfortable the 4th mattress was perfect, in all of this swapping the discount was lost and I can't get a hold of anyone
