I bought a queen bedroom set from rooms to go the delivery was all wrong the bought the wrong head board then we had to wait a another week after we bought the queen head board I purchased a king base that work on remote control the first delivery was a fail the base did not fit in my bed they told me they will take it back and replace it with one that fits after a week the deliver another base after scratching my new bedroom that I bought from ashely's ripping the wood so that base can fit, it did not work so I called and I made a claim they called me and told me that that claim was a week after the delivery I kept telling them I'm talking about the second time they did not listen and I keep calling them for my refund no one wants to talk or resolve the problem they are the worst company ever there customer serves are the worst they keep on hold and then they hang up on you

Ordered furniture after placing deposit down on of furniture now no furniture not held like told went into store ordered worth of furniture and told would be held a deposit was made of final payment made and a delivery timenow told did not hold furniture and was all on back order and was moving into a new housetold would hold till than with deposit

I purchased a sectional couch 11 months ago and the mechanics of one of the chairs is breaking down. I emailed and called but no follow-up. 11 months ago I purchased many items, one included a sofa sectional, the order number is XXXXXXXX. I have been trying to reach someone about getting the mechanical parts of one of the electric chairs looked at but I am not getting a response. I have called the Pompano location and left messages and emailed the general customer service email more than a week ago without reply or acknowledgment. I was told at the close of the sale that the warranty would cover manufacturer defects for one year. It is within one year, but my time is running out and I'm not getting any feed-back from RTG. We have no animals, no complaints otherwise, but the electric chair makes horrible creaking squeaking sounds and unevenly reclines. It is clearly defective. Rooms to go has sold me uncraftmanship furniture, I have had the hardest time resolving this matter and would like a refund. I purchased a sectional sofa around February of 2015 however it was not delivered until or about March 20th 2015., After delivery the soft seating began to sink and threading came apart from the sofa seating, sofa base,omaire.Keep in mind it took 2 weeks before someone from the warranty department to come out to my home and assess the chair.
