Long story short my credit was ran for no reason and a second credit account was open for meI showed and handed them several proofs of the account I am not happy as I work really hard and pay my bills on time to keep my credit in great conditionThen because someone is receiving a commission for a credit account shady or even illegal things like opening a second and unnecessary account for their personal gainsI have worked in sales and banking and I know how it goesBy running my credit again thye broke the law and should be punishedIt was not by mistake as I handed them the card to lookup the account which was openAnd then followed up by pulling up the website so that they could see the account numbers and balanceThey did not try to use any other methods as to calling the credit company to verify or any thingIt really sucks that because of this I then had to return the furniture that my wife loved and close two credit accounts just to go and apply for a new one at Ashl

I have bought couple set furniture from this store they come with defects items,broken,and missing pieces I went to this store to bought sets of furniture for my house living room set sofa 3pieces connect together received two pieces missing the middle piece, entertainment sets come tv console and the two open dividers one broken,one have a lot of big scartch, the dinning sets a dinning table and six chairs only come with the table missing six chairs, the bed room set the king size bed the footboard defect (the hole drill on the wrong side they couldn't install it , the side rails broken in the bottom but they still install it with out telling it broke) the dresser it brokenI went back to the store they told me they will cancel the order and replace with the new orderSecond order come everything's broken different size and colors bed set( order King and dark brown color, it come queen size with white color.) refuse to accept the order went back to the store second times speak to

I had a scheduled delivery for today, 10/20/ The furniture never arrived and I don't know where it is I placed two furniture orders, one on 10/13/and the other on 10/14/I called and spoke with a customer service agent on 10/18/to provide an alternate contact number as well as request that the delivery driver contact me 15-minutes prior to delivery He did not He called while he was sitting in my yard and did not bother to call the alternate numberHe was very rude and acted as if he was not at all interested in making sure that my delivery was handled in a courteous, customer friendly manner I explained to him that I would be there in minutes and he agreed, but when I arrived, he was goneI called the Corporate Office for assistance and to complain, but again, I received the same type of nonchalant, oh well attitudeI finally got in touch with the customer care center and the representative told me that she spoke with the delivery personnel manage

I purchased a Cindy Crawford 4 poster bed and need a replacement part which can not be provided I purchased a Cindy Crawford 4 poster queen bed on 1/21/2006. The order number is XXXXXXX. I need a replacement bed claw plate for SKU No. XXXXXXXX side rail. I contacted customer service via phone and was told I would need to go to a hardware company to purchase the part. This part is a 3 claw plate and is not sold in any hardware store that I can find in the US. I have search all over the country on the internet with no luck. I contacted RTG via chat online and was told they no longer support this bed. I asked for the name of the manufacturer to contact directly and was told it was Herald Square but they had no phone number or address. I am sleeping on the floor since I don't have the bed claw piece for my bed. I always loved the furniture from Room to Go but I am very disappointed that no one is wiling to help me purchase this replacement piece.

I purchased $worth of furniture and pieces came damaged from warehouse Trying to deal with customer service has been a nightmare! On April 30th, I purchased a bedroom set Clubhouse Chocolate and living room set Corinne Stone, to be delivered on May 4thI took of work to accommodate the delivery pieces of the bedroom set was damaged and the loveseat was torn in different places clearly not inspected by warehouse My home was to be decorated for a Mother's Day celebration at my home which I had to cancel due to my damaged furniture unable to be replaced by the event I contacted customer service several times with no resolution Very bad attitude and do not care about customer loyalty!

This company did a bait and switch with a purchase and they failed to communicate the (lack of) a return policy for it, so this was a final sale. If I could leave stars, I would I purchased two pieces of furniture to complete a bedroom set in November The first piece of furniture was delivered in good condition The second piece, a media chest, was scheduled to be delivered on December The chest was delivered but after the people left, I opened the drawers to find out that two of them did not work I immediately called customer service and they scheduled a replacement to be delivered on January 12th Had I known the mess this would cause, I would have simply returned the furniture instead of dealing with Rooms To Go's astronomical incompetence The delivery window set for the delivery on the 12th was between 3-7pm Around 3pm, I received a call from the dispatcher saying that the delivery drivers were running behind and would arive towards the end of the window or just after I said this was fine and hung up Fast forward to around pm (yes, after the window had expired) I received a second call from the dispatchers stating that the drivers were still behind and at least an hour away at that point (making the delivery at 9pm at the earliest) I told them to cancel the delivery At this point I was told that customer service would call me on Monday to reschedule Monday comes, no callTuesday, no call On Wednesday (just before writing this review) I call customer service and get a rep that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help, and transfers me to some store that is not even close to where I live The store was closed, so I was forced to call in AGAIN This time, I was connected with a very helpful and professional rep (the absolute ONLY positive in this whole experience) She escalated to a manager and that is where the positives end I explain the situation to the manager and he says that they can schedule the deliver when possible At this point, I've had enough of the run around that they are giving as the earliest I can have it delivered is in February I ask to have my money refunded and for them to take the broken media chest back and they quote their policy which states that returns must be made within hours of receiving the merchandise And upon any replacement, it is at their discretion whether to repair or replace....no mention of refund Had I known the mess that would've ensued after the broken piece was delivered, I would've said right then to refund and return the piece Instead, I'm stuck in Rooms To Go's loop of delivering subpar furniture (whenever they actually do show up) and $of my money and days of my time, soon to be (not to mention it will be close to months that they have my money and I'm still without what I paid for) I hope anyone who reads this saves themselves a lot of time and money and RUN THE OTHER WAY This company has ZERO regard for their customers as long as they already have your money

I bought a couch and paid about $500 for it. After a few years the material (whatever that is) started to peel off. The couch had a leather certification sticker on the bottom, definitely not leather! The legs of the furniture have also stained my carpet hot pink! I was misinformed by customer service from the beginning. When I finally received, an email giving me a credit I went to the store. The sales person proceeded to let us pick out bedroom furniture in place of the sofa and we were to pay the difference. At this point I was satisfied. However, when I went to pay on Tuesday I was told I could not do that. That because I bought a tv package I could only get another couch with the credit. I've already bought a new couch, I don't want another cheap couch! I called customer service, spoke to csr, her manager, and her supervisor who hung up on me! I get that they have policies but if I was misinformed by their customer service that is not my fault. If I am giving the couch back I should be able to use my credit anyway I like in the store, but I can't because I bought a TV package! Very unhappy! Will not be getting a replacement couch because they are going to make me pay delivery and tax on it. I will not ever give them another penny! Look they have 92% negative feedback!

Not honoring warranty I have had a technician from rooms to go come to my home due to my couch purchased less than a year ago has sunk in the center and is making a popping noise as it reclines. I have now been told that this is due to a bent frame. However this is not a defect for the manufacturer but is cause by normal customer wear and so is not covered. I had also in addition purchased an extended 3 year coverage being told it would cover the following: Structure and frame components, and recliner mechanisms. However, when I call that number I am told since I am in the first year I have to go through rooms to go. Since that first year is about to expire I asked if I could just wait till my 1 year is up in which I was told they will not cover preexisiting conditions. So now I have a couch that is broken but am still paying on and two warranties that can't help me with anything.
