Delivery missing part I came in the store to order a bed frame. The order # is XXXXXXX. On the delivery date, the delivery men came and he told me he was missing the 2 pieces to connect the headboard and the back. He left the items and asked to call customer service. Customer service asked to call the store because the salesman didn't put the pieces on the order form. That salesman is so incompetent. The people at the warehouse were also incompetent. They were supposed to be experts. I don't know why they didn't figure out the order is missing parts. I spoke to store manager. I told him we have some guests coming. That is why I order the bed for my guests. He said he will take care of it and will call me back. I haven't heard anything back yet. In the meantime, I totally screwed

Roomstogo sold us a sofa offering as leather that has shred and peel as if it was a snake peeling skin.They knew they had that issue and still sold it We purchased a sofa sleeper DK brown on 05/25/2013. We are retired senior citizens, therefore we wanted to make sure we bought something with quality that would last us some time since we cannot afford a new one. The sofa was sold to us as a leather durable sofa. Our order number #XXXXXXXX. The sales person's name Fernando Gonzalez. We paid $989.72 with a debit card. About a year ago the sofa started having lose skin as if it was a snake that's peeling. We contacted the store and customer service is willing to give us $400 credit. We are not working and cannot afford to pay the difference for a new sofa. We learned in the process that rooms to go was aware of the problem with this type of leather and still sold it to us and did not recall the product. They should accept responsibility for knowingly selling a defective product.
