I returned damaged merchandise back in March and after months I still haven't received a full refund from Rooms to Go On March 13, I made a purchase at Rooms to Go with sales person Luis Dorson, with order number XXXXXXX for the total amount of $1,of which I financed $1,with Tidewater Finance Company and I paid $cash to complete the purchaseAfter two deliveries of broken furniture I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refundAfter a trip to the store they told me that they did not issue refunds at the store, that I would have to wait for corporate to send me check for the refund of the cash I had given themAfter a month I received a Rooms to Go check# XXXXXXXXX dated 4/13/for $60.72, later that month after a call to complain I received another check# XXXXXXXXX dated 4/17/for $Then I waited several weeks for the final check with the remaining balance to arrive and it never happenedEver since I have made several calls and I

I purchased one bunk loft set from the display floor for $on sale on 7/19/and was given something different On 7/19/I purchased a living room set, bedroom set for myself and a bunk/loft set for my kids, all cashEverything was delivered at different times based on availabilityMy living room and bed set was delivered on 9/6/and that was the only delivery that wasn't a nightmare for the most part since the only issue was one of my nightstands being damaged so they said they would send the replacement on 9/18/along with my end tables and coffee table since they wouldn't be available until that dateI was ok with that however on 9/18, I was only given the replacement nightstand and end tableNo one called to notify me that all of my items wouldn't be available until the end of November causing me to take off for work basically for nothingI ultimately told them to just give me my money back for the tables that was a part of my living room purchase and they agree

I purchased a complete bedroom set of furniture from rooms to go onlineThe furniture came with a manufacturer defect warranty for one yearI reported an issue with the dresser having a finish that came off on items that were placed on it.( the incident occured when I left a leatherbound padfolio sitting on the dresser for a few weeksWhen I removed it the surface of the dresser had transfered to the padfolio and came off with it.)
