Misrepresentation of Product We purchased a bedroom set worth $about a month agoDuring the sales process, our salesman specifically mentioned that the bed that we were buying would need any extra pieces and the mattress would fit directly on the bedI made it a point to specifically question this because most other beds we purchased had slats/box springs the mattress would rest onAs a result, when the bed was delivered we told the delivery people to take away our box springsThere was a problem with the order and the bed delivery date had to be rescheduledWhen the bed was installed the second time, we were told that we needed to buy an extra piece because the bed only had slats and there was the danger of the mattress falling throughThis was again in direct contrast to what we were told when the purchase was madeNow we're left with a $bedroom set that cannot be used unless I spend more moneyThe sales team has refused to take responsibility for this oversight

I want to let Rooms To Go know how extremely upset I am with my experience ordering furniture from this companyI spent almost $15,with Rooms To Go to be delivered BROKEN FURNITURE, and then have no one contact me to set up a new delivery date The delivery guys showed up at my house with the bunk bed set we had ordered for our kids, however it was NOT in a box, but wrapped in a blanket with duct tapeObviously this was not a brand new piece of furniture which we had orderedThen the delivery guys, who were upset this had happened-and said it happens ALL THE TIME, unwrapped the piece before taking it off the truck to inspect it, because they told us it should arrive in a box, if it did not, that meant it was not brand newThere were pieces of wood missing, cracks and scrapes all over the bunk bed, so they didn't even take the bunk bed off the truck Then someone contacted me from Rooms To Go to ask how the delivery had gone, I told her about the issue, and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK to make the situation right, or to schedule a new delivery for the broken piece of furnitureEventually, when I realized that Rooms To Go obviously was not going to make the effort to send me the furniture I had already paid for, I had to call and wait on hold for minutes for someone to finally help meI was told that July 25th would be the earliest someone could come deliver the furniture (I called on the 17th and the furniture was originally ordered on July 7th) and I said something else needs to be done, that furniture is for my kids, who have had to sleep on the groundShe said she could TRY to get the furniture put on a truck on the 20th, that was the earliest that could happenSo, I waited until today - the 20th- but again, NO ONE contacted me to let me know that my furniture was NOT being delivered today, but was being delivered on the 25thSo now this is days I have had to make arrangements for taking time off work for furniture to be delivered I just want to let Rooms to Go know how very unhappy I am with the treatment of a customer who spent a good deal of money in their storeStarting with having someone load obviously broken furniture on the truck to be delivered to my house (which after reading these reviews, seems to be standard procedure for Rooms to Go), to then having no one contact me to right the situation and get out a new delivery out ASAP, to then AGAIN having no one contact me to let me know that the furniture wouldn't be delivered on the day I was told they would try to deliver itHaving to have my kids sleep on the ground for weeks because of your mistake is outrageous I will never again buy furniture from your company ever, and will let all of my friends know how poorly you treat your customers, and to go elsewhere If someone from the Customer Service department would like to contact me to right this situation, it would be very much appreciatedHowever, seeing as how I have been treated thus far, especially with the lack of communication on your end, I will not hold my breathCustomer service is obviously not something your company prides itself on

We were completely satisfied with our Rooms To Go furnishings and service There was a miscommunication in the sectional we purchased, and Carly immediately corrected it, without a charge It was picked up and the new one delivered right away and the two leather recliners are beyond comfortable Carly was absolutely the best- pleasant, knowledgeable, and so very helpful

Spent 2300 on a sofa, delivery drivers were late, THREW pillows into my home. KNOCKED over a table and broke sentiment items. We have spend nearly $3200 on this sofa, we expected it to be delivered in a reasonable time frame 2pm-6pm they were late. Did not deliver product, left me with questions, no apologies I purchased a dresser from the Chattanooga location back in September. I was told that there would be about a three week wait for delivery to my home in metro Nashville. When the week arrived for delivery, I was constantly emailed and called and texted that my furniture would arrive on Saturday. I was told two days before that my delivery window was between 4pm-8pm. Did not honor extended warranty Rooms to Go sales reps use bate and switch tactics to get you to purchase the "extended warranty." We were told that if we could not get the stains out of our couch/chase sectional then all we needed to do was to call customer service and get them to come clean the stains.The sales rep told us it did not matter the number of stains.
