If I had researched reviews, We never would have bought our bedroom suite from RTG!! We went to a store near us and found the set we wanted on Thanksgiving weekend We set delivery for weekend before Christmas The dresser was not delivered We received a media center instead We waited more weeks for our Christmas present to finally be complete BUT we found that one of the doors on our dresser does not close properly Manufacture defect??? So we set up for another dresser to be delivered another weeks later I have been waiting all day The driver just got here!! 7:pm!!! This is unsatisfactory! The worst experience ever!! This review does not deserve a star!!! But did not have a choice in order to write review

5+ scheduled drop-offs over the course of months, finally received the correct couch however wall was damaged by delivery team & damage claim denied We purchased a sectional on June 18th, at the Columbus locationWe were told the couch would be delivered the following week and deliveries can occur anytime during the day meaning you have to be at home basically from sun up to sun downWhen they initially dropped off the couch they brought two of the same sectional piecesWe re-scheduled, had to wait another week or so, then comes delivery day and the couch was damaged on the bottomAsked my the delivery team, "do you still want the couch?" Obviously, we answered noWhy would we have spent 1,500+ on a "new" damaged couchSo we reschedule againAfter at least reschedules we ran into multiple issuesWe were told the delivery team came by but had documented no one was home which was not the truthWe waited by our phones in our living room the entire day each schedule date

Worst manager I've ever dealt with! We went in to purchase a black Natasha mattress by Beauty Rest that we have been looking at since November of last year The salesman by the name of Dawayne talked us into purchasing a different mattressSaid it was a better dealHowever it was horrible to sleep on I called the store and told them that I was not happy with it and wanted to exchange it for the bed that I originally wanted The manager told me that as long as I was exchanging it for equal or high value I could do that, I was happy to hear that they were going to make it right, however upon arriving at the store the manager who's name is Tonya told me I had to keep the power base and could not return it...so I could only exchange the mattress top This cost me an extra dollars to return the mattress plus it cost me an additional 1800$ because I was forced to keep the power base that I didn't want to keep

What I call defective furnitureI have had items with loose arms2loveseats and now a sofa I purchased and financed a sofa and loveseat the Parkview model in TaupeThey were delivered on March 30, The sofa was fine however the loveseat had no back support and had a loose armI went to the store the next day and spoke with the managerI was told to call customer service which I did to schedule a replacement to be deliveredanother one was delivered maybe a week or so laterWhile the delivery person was there we checked the arms and both were loose on the replacementThey did not want to do a replacement on this one, they wanted a tech to comeSo that was set up and one cameHe flipped the loveseat over then flipped it back upright and told there they could not fix itThat it was how it was manufacturedI was told bu the store manager the Fusion furniture makes this linesAs I have a sofa with both arms that are fine I find it hard to believe they can not call the
