The business failed to ensure all items were available for delivery on the agreed upon date even though the purchase was made months in advance We purchased furniture on Apr and set up a delivery schedule for Aug We received three confirmation calls in the interim and now one week prior to delivery they tell me an item is not available and on backorder, even though they have had four months to prepareWhen I called the manager, Mario Marques, he was unwilling to do anything to make this rightWe even requested use of something different until the piece we ordered came inThe store was unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake of not ensuring we had what we ordered on the agreed upon dateThis was for order number XXXXXXX
I was told that I was purchasing real leather dinette chairs by the salesman and it turned out that the chairs are peeling information given to me concerning the furniture that was purchased in This furniture should have lasted me for at least years or longer but instead it's peeling bad to the point where I have to cover the chairs with black tape

Unable to come to a fair agreement for repair or replacement of furniture damaged by delivery drivers At the beginning of October I purchase a bed at Rooms To Go, it was damaged so they scheduled to replace it on October On that day the delivery drivers while setting up the new bed did not remove the mattresses from the bedroom, one of the deliverymen bumped into the mattress which fell on my nightstand lamp, braking the lamp and cracking the all mirror nightstand and also a rock lamp that was on the dresser cracked the dresser We have been asked to do all of the legwork in getting this repaired, It is Italian mirrored beveled furniture, the repair shops we contacted are unable to do that bevel cut, it is not done in the stats we were told and they cannot guarantee the matching of the color of the mirror since there are shades, the lamp is acrylic and it also cracked We do not have receipts for the furniture but did send the webpage from the manufacturer, the cost of

the information provided to me when the technician came to the home is not what the customer service department was given On Wednesday June 8th at 10:45am technician came to look at the one year old mattress which has become extremely soft in a short period of time He took out string for one end to the other and then with measuring ruler advised the right side of the mattress had a 2" impression while the left had a 1" impression the 2" was definitely out of the standards so he said this should be no problem to have it exchanged since the mattress comes with a yr warranty When I called this morning to ascertain what is the next step, customer service advised the techinician said there was only a 1" impression in total and therefore there is no further action I explained this is not correctthis is not what he told me The customer service advised I would have to wait another days before they can send someone back out to remeasure!!! this is insane It is so obviou
