Furniture began to fall apart within days On June 16, I purchased a sectional from the Rooms to Go outlet in Clearwater FL to make a long story short, the furniture began to literally fall apart within days of owning it I phoned the store and spoke with Mark B., the Manager, he said that his hands were tied and the best he could do was to trade it for an equal priced item or we could pay the difference We visited the store on occasions and could not find anything comparable Our budget was for a set under $and the one we purchased was $ We could not find anything suitable for less than $2000+ and we just don't have the money right now for an extra $ I phoned corporate and spoke to a girl named Aleshia She was very condescending and kept telling me I didn't understand what "Outlet Furniture" was and that it had no warranties or guarantees I told her that I understand very well, however, no sane person would purchase something for over $(after

We have gotten damaged furniture twice in a row. The customer service is awful, and they refuse to make appropriate amends for our inconvenience. The original order date for our furniture was February 25,2018. The order number was #XXXXXXXX. Our delivery date was March 14,2018.
