Delivery was late I called the store on June 16th in the evening and spoke to a gentlemen with the last name JohnsonI gave him my information regarding my delivery and he said he was very surprised that they were running behind since they only had deliveries that dayWhen I questioned the delivery fee and the call asking me to be home to for a time period and now it was interfering with my time he told me that those times were a courtesy time and I should expect to be at home all day That this information should have been told to meHe did not respect my time, when I questioned his customer service he didn't apologize and told me he would have just stayed at home all day and did nothingI was moving during this time and moving in my year old mother
