My star rating is actually minus 5!!!! My husband and I are first time home owners and went to buy a bed for the very first timeWe went to the Rooms to go on LBJ and PrestonIt was the WORST possible service We have gotten in our entire livesWell, when they were selling us their product, it was great! But the after sales service was an absolute horrific tragedy!!!!! The delivery company they outsourced claim they came to our home, which is by the way a fully glassed house front with a drive through in order to get to the door bell so we wouldn't have missed themWhen we requested a delivery time, rooms to go said it's all day delivery, not a specific timeWe waited all morning, at 1pm we called and Rooms to go stated the driver will be at our home at 1.30pmWe waited and waited and waitedAt 4pm we call back, they inform us that we have missed our deliveryWe get very frustrated and leave to the actual store to meet with Ben whom sold us the bed and leaving our housekeeper at homeIt's a Friday afternoon, a brand new home and not a stitch of furnitureThey tell us they can only reschedule delivery in hoursWe call a day later it became hours to reschedule! We go to the Manaher of the store whom then tell us it's not our problem that you missed your delivery at 10.30AM!!!!!!!! Now the manager was overtly lying to us as we called at 1pm on the day with confirmation of delivery at 1.30pm!!!!We wished to cancel our purchase to which we were told 20% of a $bed was to be kept by them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been staying at a hotel and currently are in one right now! I will NEVER EVER give Rooms to go any of my business! It's the worst store I have ever shopped at!
When furniture was delivered they damaged my floor
The company that is contracted with Rooms To Go delivered a couch and damaged my hard wood floorAfter repeated attempts since May with customer service they do not want to pay for the repairsI have submitted estimates per there request for and they said that they will only pay I have been talking to Tatjana M.at XXX-XXX-XXXX and she will never call me back or email meShe said that she had contractors that would do the repairs for but has not produced one of them to meWould like to get this resolved

I purchased a dining room and server and have had nothing but issues with it First, an arm broker off one of the chairs I almost fell out of the chair because of it I contacted customer service, someone came out to my home to look at it and all they did was take a picture and leave I then receive a call that the chair could not be replaced and was forced to purchase another chair ($189) A few months later, I'm standing in my kitchen cooking and hear a noise in my dining room When I look over, I see another chair - one that backs up to a wall and it is never used, leaning on its side It turns out one of the legs broke in half I called customer service again This time the chair was replaced

We purchased a coffee table with the set of a sectional from this company and the table damaged my rugs causing us to have to remove the damaged rugsContacted them for help and since it has been discontinued and out of warranty they couldn't do anything for meIt is very frustrating that this is the way they treat their customers

I purchased furniture from Rooms to Go last July After receiving the furniture, we noticed the couch and love seat were slanted in the seating We contacted the company, and they said they only came to our area once a week We had to make accommodations for someone to be here, as this is a vacation home in NC, and we live in FL They did nothing to remedy the situation, stating We just arrived a couple days ago, and the slanting is worse, and no fix has been applied, once again We also rent this unit, and our guests cannot be expected to have to push their bodies up so they don't slide off of the seating
