recliner/sofa purchased months ago needs repair but out of 1yr warranty
We purchased a double recliner/sofa from Rooms to Go delivered in Oct2017, called for serice Decand was told no service available since product only has a month warranty
I purchase a living room set last 11-9th And I was told by the sales rep that if I decided to change my mind I Can cancel the order but now I can't
I purchased a living room set on the 11-And the sales representative told me that I can cancel at any point in time I call today Tuesday 13th another telling me I can't cancel and if I do they keep 20% as a store credit instead of refunding me my whole amount I was completely deceived by the sales representative and now the company that doesn't want to Ana what the sales rep said

On Monday, October 23, 2017, my mother and I went into Rooms To Go located at NW 167th Street, Miami, Fl First mistake with sales representative was she sold Protection Service as if was a comes with furniture productContacted her the very next day and asked for a refund which was granted Secondly, she sold a Console that was totally different from the one that was showed to my year old mother The sales representative set up an Express Delivery which was not requested It was not until the furniture that was delivered that we dicovered that we cannot return the furniture that we did not order due to the store's refund policy regarding Express Delivery We were totally misinformed by the sales representative We went to the store on Tuesday and asked that the delivery date be changed to another date, and was tol
RTG has deceptive sales practices The existing policy in NO RETURNS It is only communicated thru the fine print on the back of the contract
The NO RETURN policy should be communicated during the sales process It seems that this is intentionally omitted It could easily be resolved with a sign posted on the door that states "ALL SALES ARE FINAL"
Extended Warranty on Sofa should cover fading, stains and peeling as per Sales representative, but customer service denied the warranty
We have bought Sofa Sets worth more than $1500, we have bought extended warranty as promised by Sales rep since the extended warranty will cover fading, peeling, stains etc

This was my first time purchasing with Rooms to Go and I won't do it again! I had my sofa and loveseat less than months when we noticed a bulge coming out the back and have been going back and forth for months trying to rectify this The furniture is obviously badly made and we just wanted to return it and pick something else outThey are having us reselect but bc we were paying on the pieces they are making us pick something of same amount or higher We were trying to get another sofa but it was less money than the other two pieces together but we can't fit two pieces in our living room based on what we picked now We just want to be able to pick something we like and not be forced to buy more furniture bc they don't want to lose out on a purchase.bad customer service

I purchased a Loft Bedroom set (model #XXXXXXXP) $1,+ tax and delivery for my boys I received the delivery on July 28, at which time I observed that the top bunk was not stable and it didn't sit flush The bottom bed and desk was screwed in properly, there were missing screws and some of the screws were just on the bed and not screwed in I was told the delivery guy that he couldn't screw all the screws into the bed and that was just a common problem with that set but that I should call rooms to go and they would send a technician to come and set the bed up properly The delivery guys asked me to borrow tools to complete set up because all they had was a single drill to perform their job The dresser was scratched I also observed dents going up my staircase where the furniture was dragged and scratches along the wall
