The company took advantage of my year old mother with dementia and Alzheimer's and sold her $14,worth of furnitureMy mother lives with me and had no place to even put the furniture! She was out on a day trip with a sitter who even told the manager she wasn't capable of making these decisions and he ignored what he was told! I called the store after finding out this incident and was refused a refund! NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I have experienced the most horrobale service, and so sorry for taking the Rooms To Go card accountAs a customer I have third deliveryLast time the piece was wrong, and damagedAt this time it is even more damaged! This is unacceptableThis is anti-Semitism! They said dispatch called both numbers That explains the VM I had which was garbled and read so fast I could not understand what it was so I deleted it It also explains the call my wife got When she answered there was hesitation then a hang up I called Customer CARE and said I would wait until 8pm for the delivery and if it is not here I need to be compensated for my time and aggravation They said they couldn't compensate me I asked for the manager Manager said the same

Bought a loveseat from this company and when delivered it was missing a center piece for the backside of the console areaWas purchased March and I am still waiting for them to finalize this order and have called multiple times to get a confirmation when this item would be delivered but always get the answer it is coming from manufacturer overseasIt should never be allowed for someone to have to wait this long for something already paid forI will never send anyone to this store again
I read thru some of the reviews and thinking...shame on me for NOT doing my homework (reading customers) before buying I am giving RTG stars because customer care offered to replace the dresser and the chess because the tracks on the drawers are not working properly - of the drawers on the dresser can't be closed and of the drawers on the chess makes a clunking sound Today's encounters with delivery and customer care were ridiculousThe replacement furniture was initially scheduled for delivery between the hours of noon and 4pmI got a phone call on 1/21/at 3:22pm informing me that the delivery time had been changed to 10am to 2pm No explanation given and I didn't question itI thought perhaps I was the 1st stop on the deliveryI had someone at my house at 9:30am At 1:41pm, the delivery driver calls me and ask if I lived by the Home Depot (HD) StoreNaturally I am thinking he near the the HD near my home ane proceed to tell him how to get to my home but thinking everybody has GPS on their cell phonesWell, he was nowhere near my home After giving him the directions, he said I will finish up the deliverIES in Marrero (on the West Bank) and then make your deliveryCustomer Care calls and I was told he is in my areaNo he is not in my area and he is making other deliveries (plural)I simply can't afford to pay someone to sit in my house all day waiting for a delivery and nor can I take off from work to sit at home all day waiting for a deliveryI have to work to pay for the furnitureWhat's the pupose of FTG calling the customer to give a time frame for the delivery? I called the store and the lady identified herself as a managerShe said she would look into it and call me backAround at 2:55pm I get a call saying the driver is in my areaI told the lady the person who had been waiting at my house has already left and I would be home around 4:At 4:and 4:34, I called customer care and the local store again Customer care tells me they attempted to deliver the furniture but no one was thereI rehashed what had transpired and the previous conversationsI told the young lady that she is blaming the customer for thisThis is not my fault be because I had someone at my home during the specified timeframe and apparently no one had bothered to write down my commentsI called the store again at 4:to voice my complaint and discontentmentThe manager said, "let me call delivery to see whats going on because they told me the delivery would be made by 5pm." I told her the driver is off for the dayWe spoke again and I was told the driver went to my home and no I ne was thereThen it hit me...I told her wait a minute, I have a ring bellI can see every car that passes in front of my house and I can tell the time my trash is picked upIchecked the ring bell and saw the house sitter leave at 2:and then saw the mail man put the mail in the mail boxHe and I arrived at the same timeThere was no other traffic passing in front of my house between 2:and 4:Then she said the managers tell the customers that deliveries can take place at any time during the day and customers are told this when they buy the furnitureThere would NOT have been a sale had I heard that statementI expected to get quality furniture that was functional and didn't expect to be waiting a 2nd time for replacement furnitureIf a customer is supposed to expect to wait all day for a delivery, why call and give a timeframeIn reality, RTG should she tell the customer "this is your delivery date." I was offered two future dates: 1/31/and 2/1/It is needless to say that I am not happy about today's experience, and I am definitely not happy about having to wait more days before I can get functional furniture
Multiple delivery of broken, burnt, damaged furniture that is supposed to be in "showroom condition"
My Rooms To Go experience has been ABSOLUTELY terrible!!! First our couch was DROPPED off the truck, breaking the recliner on a portion of the couch, the FIRST replacement had scrapes, holes, scuff marks all over itToday the SECOND replacement arrives with BURN MARKS, even MORE holes, and straight cuts like the person packaging the couch was careless and just cut it open! So now I'm sitting here waiting for the supervisor to call me back and schedule the THIRD day I have to take off work to sit around and wait for a damaged couch

Horrible Customer Service and Delivery is even worse
