They would not take back furniture as I did not authorize my wife to take out credit with vendor as we are currently unemployed

I am currently awaiting repair work on the couch but I'm not at all satisfied with the way they have handled any of the problems we've had with this entire endeavorI will almost certainly never shop there again and I highly doubt that I would be able to recommend them to anyone I like at all
Broken table and bad customer service
I purchased furniture at Rooms to Go in May, and it was delivered in AugustWhen furniture was delivered, delivery drivers did NOT put tables together even though this WAS paid for at time of purchaseSo we put tables together, and the cocktail table WAS brokeSo after almost hrs of back and forth....they set up an exchangeLo and Behold...the table that was sent to replace the broken one was broke ALSO....put together by RTG delivery driversOnce again I had to waste MY time in trying to rectify the situation to NO avail....and broken promises by the store manager and call centerFinally I was so disgusted with the service that I told them to forget it and come pick up table and credit my account

Furniture Consistently Broken Upon Delivery
I purchased a piece of furniture from rooms to go in August, and have had delivery attempts made where the original purchased item was damaged prior to deliveryToday the delivery driver didn't even bother to bring the furniture up because he knew it was broken prior to deliveryThey are trying to tell me that because it's my 5th exchange attempt that I won't be allowed to exchange itWhich leaves me with a worthless broken chest sitting in my living room that I can not useI was told that I could return the item for an exchange to try a different piece instead, but they're going to double charge meBecause the broken furniture was apart of a package, and instead of including the new item in that package and keeping it at the same priceThey are going to force me to choose a piece that's not included and pay the difference on that item while also raising the exsisting prices on my already purchased functional piecesI feel as thoug
