Purchased a fabric protection warranty Rooms to Go is not honoring the terms and conditions of their signed warranty contract
We purchased a couch and got sold on the ForceField Fabric protection year warrantyHere's how the warranty which is signed by both Rooms to Go and Me reads:
In the event that the stain becomes permanent from food and beverage spills and the special cleaner provided at the time of sale does not remove the stain, under the terms of this limited warrant, Rooms to Go, at its discretion, will provide the following services:
1) Have the stained area cleaned, and surfaces re-treated by an authorized Rooms to Go technician at no cost to the original owner
2) If stain cannot be removed by a Rooms to Go technician, we will reupholster the stained area
3) If step or cannot be accomplished, at Rooms to Go's discretion, the stained piece will be replaced or the owner may select a new piece of furniture equal in value and quality to the original

Promised delivery times not metDamaged furniture
On Tuesday November 8, our couch was delivered damagedIt was cut in the back (approximately 6-inches long)We were instructed to take possession of the furniture and a new couch would be delivered within a week
On Saturday November 19, we were scheduled to have a new couch delivered between - We waited for hours for it to arriveAfter waiting for hours (our delivery window) we received a call stating that our furniture could not be delivered that day because the driver did not have a license and was illegal

I ordered a few parts for my dinner table and sent a cheque for those partsThe website as well as customer service representatives told me that the parts will be delivered in days feom the date the check was processedIt has been months now and I still have not received the partsEverytime I try to follow up the customer service has been less than politeAnd they always tell me that they will get back to me after talking to the warehouseA couple of times I was even told that " parts are being provided as a courtesy to previous customers"I am unsure why this is a courtesh when they are getting paid for this.In february I was told that the parts would reach by June Today is july and there is still no parts and they still do not know what the status isWhen I called them again today the answer was " we will check on it and let you know".I am going to have to throw away a perfectly good dinner table worth more than thanks to rooms to go

Brand new bed had to be disassembled and reassembled on separate delivery dates because of careless delivery process
