Bought two couchesPaid for the "scotchguard treatment" to keep them from staining; they gave me two little bottles of cleaner and said that if anything did end up getting on the couch that I just need to blot a little of the solution on the area and it would disappearThe product was never applied which became obvious within the first couple of monthsI called to ask them to send new covers that were actually treatedThey had to send a technician out to look things overIt was recommended to me that I have the couches professionally cleanedHe also said he was there on behalf of RTG, not the customerThe "customer service supervisor" who called a couple days later to handle my case said that I should have never washed the covers since that voided my warrantySeriously? When I voiced my disapproval he only talked over meHe eventually said I could "have the stage" and after I got done talking said he was sorry I felt that wayRooms to Go: too big to careYou had an opportunity to keep a customerYou lost one for life
Defective bed
Purchased a platform bed from RTG in May and also purchased an extended warranty which I was told would cover anything that happened to bed Moved to different address and part of the wood both on headboard and platform was found to be split and some of the screws would not go back in bed tight when reassembled Reported issue to both RTG and the Warranty Company(Extended Warranty Corporation and after they sent tech out to look at damage made decision I caused the damage Explained to customer service rep this was ridiculous and made to no since for me to spend money on an expensive bed and dresser just to tear up and purchase an extended warranty also I did tell the rep I would be filing a complaint and ended call I work hard for my money and try to buy things that last and thought by purchasing the extended warranty this would help be a wise choice I feel I should be compensated for not only the bed that cannot be used but for the extended warranty
I purchased a living room set in It was beautiful in the storeHowever, when the set arrived at my house, I noticed the loveseat was full and firmThe couch was soft and flatWe contacted rooms to go customer service who said the cushions would arrive as replacements for the couchThey never cameThen they denied that they offered to do thatNot even a year later the fabric started to tearI noticed the floor vacuum was getting stuck when going under the loveseatMy husband flipped over the loveseat and couch to look at the frameWe found the wood used was broken and glued together and rotted planks were used for the frameMy husband had to reinforce the frame with 2X4's to keep them from breaking completelyThe feather downed pillows leak feathers all dayThey stab you as you sit on the couchMy vacuum is constantly full of these feathersThis has been the worst set I have ever purchasedThe lamp the first month broke when the chain was pulledThe table legs move and shift when they shouldn'tThe worst part is knowing this was made in the USAIt's an embarrassment to stamp that on the rotting wood of the frameI now understand all the deals on financingThe products are poorly made in the USAI will be purchasing from *** going forwardI wouldn't recommend RTG to anyone looking for furnitureI wish I had read reviews before wasting my hard earned money on the junk they sell

Worst experience ever Missing parts, not showing up on delivery dates, not proper bedroom set up, terrible customer service
On February 24th I purchased a King bedroom set and an adjustable bed The salesman sold it to us so beautifully but turned out to be a nightmareWell first, we had to wait weeks for the bedroom set to be delivered When the furniture was delivered apparently we were missing a heavy metal piece that was needed for the adjustable bed to fit inside the bed frame (this was never advice or recommended at the time of sale) I called the store immediately and spoke to the sales man He wanted us to use the little thin wood sticks to hold the heavy heavy adjustable beds Impossible because the wood pieces and not made to hold that kind of bed That was a back and forth between the salesman, store manager and delivery man Well, at the end they left and our bedroom set was not set up on that day but they left everything in the house I went to the store to

I bought a "display ON mattress" on 5th of July I wanted to pick that up right away but they would not let me Now when I receive it it is TORN
