I was schedule for 1:- 5:p.mdelivery I got a call mid-day saying THEIR truck broke down and I was being put on "standby" Hours later after calling them back; I was told my new delivery time frame would be 6:- 10:p.m They didn't make that either The next day they called and promised that they'd deliver one day the next week at my convenience No one called back I called them and after speaking to several departments, was told it would be more days before they could reschedule delivery

This 1-star is actually a NEGATIVE 1,starsSave yourself the hassle and never purchase from this companyWe purchased a sectional on June 18th, at the Columbus locationWe were told the couch would be delivered the following week and deliveries can occur anytime during the day meaning you have to be at home basically from sun up to sun downWhen they initially dropped off the couch they brought two of the same sectional piecesWe re-scheduled, had to wait another week or so, then comes delivery day and the couch was damaged on the bottomAsked my the delivery team, "do you still want the couch?" Obviously, we answered noWhy would we have spent 1,500+ on a "new" damaged couchSo we reschedule againAfter at least reschedules we ran into multiple issuesWe were told the delivery team came by but had documented no one was home which was not the truthWe waited by our phones in our living room the entire day each schedule dateThe proof for knowing this is not true is that - the complex we live in the drivers had to call us for a gate code for access to our placeNo call was made to us the entire delivery dateAnother day, the driver called, asked for the code, received access to the complex, we watched him drive in straight down the street, did not look for our apartment number, my fiance realized he looked lost so he got in his car to try and direct him to our apartment but by the time he reached him the driver drove directly out of the complex and did not even go on the road our apartment is onAfter multiple attempts to call back telling the driver he missed us we received no answer and once again, had to rescheduleAfter multiple issues, I contacted Rooms to Go and insisted I speak with a supervisorThe supervisor stated he would contact the delivery managers, delivery team, place a "special order" note on our order and have it checked prior to leaving the warehouse so no further complications ariseFast forward to our next delivery date, we STILL got the same "wrong" side of the couchAt this point I lost all hope, rescheduled AGAIN and personally did not bother to reach out to anyoneThe correct couch was FINALLY delivered on August 8th, however, that wasn't all we receivedWhen the delivery team brought the couch the doors the front door knob swung open and into the wall behind it leaving a baseball sized dent in the sheet rockWhen brought to the attention of the man delivering the couch he immediately denied having caused the dentAfter taking pictures of the damage himself, he leftWe filed a damage claim, sent in photos and statements to find out only a few days later the claim was denied and case was closedI was flooredI took to Facebook to try and spread the word to keep others from having to endure the stress of dealing with this companyI was contacted by an unnamed person on my post, asked to forward all my information and order numberUpon doing so, never received anything back after 2-emails sent where she told me toI reached out to the claims department to figure out why the claim was denied especially because we are responsible for damage done to our BRAND new apartment that we had just had a walk through inspection on with no damage done or documented to that same area of the wallI was told Ruth would contact meShe did reach out to me however I was at work and unable to answerHer voicemail stated to give her a call back and that is itI have left voicemails to her with no call returned in the past weekToday 8/27/I reached out to customer service again, was told an unnamed person documented she contacted me and told me to send photos in which was not said in the voicemail at all - I wasn't even left with an e-mail address to send the photos toI have never in my life left a review of any type good/bad for any company or product however, I pray NO ONE purchases from this company againThe stress and frustration I have endured the past two months is definitely not worth this couch I am sitting onDO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROOMS TO GO, EVER!
