This was my first time buying new furniture and having it delivered to my new residentI WILL NEVER EVER order anything from Rooms To Go againMy sales representative was fantastic and friendlyEverything seemed to be greatI was excited about receiving my new living room suite, but unfortunately, I still have not received itNor has it been rescheduledThe delivery address was wrong which was the Rooms To Go in Lithonia Georgia faultPlus, to top everything off I was called a vulgar name (His words exactly" This *** has called my phone times") by the delivery men, which did not know that I could hear them speakingAll I was trying to do is confirm they were delivering because the reception was awfulI left a family function to meet them and they never showed upI don't not know what kind of people they employee, but they were disrespectfulThen tried to tell me that the other driver was talking about his wife calling her namesNumber 1: How dare you call your wife names! Number 2: IF that was true, show more professionalism and make sure the customer cannot here you are cursing your wife outNumber 3: To even think I believe that story insults my intelligenceMakes me feel like they are trying to pull one over on meI hope this experience never happens to anyone else because this has ruined my expectations for Rooms To Go

Poor customer service and poor products
I have wasted valuable time dealing with the poor customer service and damaged product that Rooms to Go has deliveredI made it clear to MrsCindy Y.that Rooms to Go had one more opportunity to correct the poorly made products and they failed me once againI have documentation that sated if they failed again I would wanted a partial refund and that I don't have time to keep taking off work for them to try to deliver new productsI submitted my complaint and Cindy denied my request for a partial refundThey have delivered a box spring to my bed twice now and cant get it correctI am willing to live with the box spring but Rooms to Go needs to make a concession as I do not have the energy or time to deal with another deliveryRooms to Go also did not make the delivery time window of 8am -12pm on 5/17/2018, they called and left me a voice mail advising it would have to be moved to 1-pmI'm interested in finding out why this organization

I ordered the edgegrove 3pc twin bookcase bedroom & Delivery was 11/07/Since the 1st delivery attempt I have had nothing but non stop problems
