Mattress ordered and damaged in delivery Refuse to issue refund in a timely manner and replace item efficiently
I purchased a king size mattress for and had a deliver date of 10/4/ My wife had our son and was expected to return home with our child The delivery driver called me 7:55am from XXX-XXX-XXXX and told be that the mattress was extremely dirty and that 'whoever' loaded the mattress tore the mattress which was the dirty to get on the mattress He assured me that after speaking to his delivery manager that they can have another mattress delivered the following day Customer support called me and advised me it would take 48hrs to return the mattress then send another - obviously to balance their inventory I spoke with the manager at the Pembroke Pines location who showed little to know concern Couldn't guarantee another date for 48hrs and told informed be it would take 4days (48hrs for return and 48hrs delivery )to process another order I proceeded to ask for

during taking apart of the mirror by movers, it fell down on the bed's foot board and damaged the foot board

I talked to them yesterday and asked them to kindly resolve the issue but they dishonored what they specifically told me before signing the contractwhen I was purchasing the furniture, I asked them specifically to confirm that the extended warranty included the moving related damage and they confirmed itI paid extra money and purchased the 3-year GUARD IT extended warranty service to cover for such kind of incidentI am very disappointed

Problem with Protection Sales Practices and Defective furniture
We purchased a sectional leather couch in January I believe order number is XXXXXXXX In the past year and a half we also purchased a dining room table set and a bedroom set for my daughter Each product comes damaged and generally seems to be the lowest quality possible In contrast we purchased two couches from rooms to go in that we had until we got the new couch with no issues Obviously quality is going way downhill At any rate, we get this couch and had to have two pieces replaced that were defective right when it was delivered In less than months, one of the pieces with the storage console and cupholders appeared to have spots where the leather rubbed off I'm not really sure how thats possible considering the last couch went plus years without rubbing off anywhere and obviously the corner units where people put cups and their arms are clearly high traffic areas Rooms to go tried to cla

I purchased a Canopy Bed and Nightstands on October 12, and given a December 11th delivery dateRooms To Go never called to confirm the delivery date or timeI called the store and Customer Service times and finally got a confirmed delivery timeThat is when the nightmare began
The Delivery Team that delivered the bed on December 11th were very professional, brought the pieces in my house in the box and took time and were very careful in assembling the pieces
The headboard had a Manufacturers Defect and had to be replaced
The furniture smelled brand new!
The Delivery Man put the Canopy in the garage and explained that he was leaving it sealed in the box so that it would not get dirtyCustomer Service scheduled a replacement in days for Friday
I was the last stop on their route, it was rainy that dayOne Delivery man came in to see the situation and take out the defected headboard that was leaning against the wall
The other Delivery Man got the headboard out of the truck and I watched him place it on the wet concrete in the streetHe was struggling to handle the headboard
He carried the headboard with the fabric side pressed up against his wet, sweaty shirtThe fabric was stained and smelled like a wet, sweaty workerThen that same man goes in the garage, opens the fabric canopy in the garage, takes it out of the box and drags it across the garage floor because it was too heavyWhen he finally gets it in my room, the other Delivery Man tries to put the button in the middle, but said it is defective, ripped the material trying and handed me the button and said they would have to send out another one
They put the torn, dirty stained canopy on the bed and leftI called Customer Service and spoke to a rude representative that insulted me
I called back and spoke to Ayanna, she was so rude I asked for a Supervisor, she transferred the call, which conveniently dropped
I called back and began to explain the situation and Ayanna said, "I just talked to you, you don't have to say it again." Once again I asked to be transferred to a Supervisor
The Supervisor set up an exchange for the headboard for December 27th and said she would have to check on the fabric canopy
Monday Morning I called the Rooms to Go Corporate Office and spoke to Ricardo, who was very nice and he is trying to schedule the headboard exchange for December 19thHowever, they cannot replace the canopy until January 2ndI am waiting for a confirmation of delivery date and time, however I am now prepared and know what to expect
This has been a horrible, ridiculous unnecessary nightmareIf the delivery man would have simply brought the headboard and the canopy in the house in the box and taken the time to carefully handle the canopy, this would not have happenedAs of this moment, I have a dirty, stained smelly headboard with a torn ripped filthy canopy an the button is lying on the dresserRooms To Go just opened a gigantic new store miles from here and they spend an enormous amount of money on marketing and advertisingMaybe they should redirect some of that marketing money into training the Delivery People how to properly handle the furniture and train Customer Service Representative to respect the customer and realize, we do have other choices where to shop for furnitureUnfortunately, I chose to shop at Rooms To Go

Rooms to Go failed to deliver product on the dates promised
I purchased a sofa on the Rooms To Go website on 3/5/My payment cleared my bank on 3/7/I was promised delivery on 3/20/(Tuesday)On the delivery date, I received a call stating that the driver would not be able to deliver the sofa due to a death in his family, (as if he was the only driver for the entire company), but I was promised that the sofa would be delivered the following day (Wednesday)Then, (the same day) my daughter received a call from Rooms To Go Customer Service stating that the sofa would not be delivered until the following ThursdayBy this time, I was fed up with the delays and called Rooms To Go Customer Service to request a cancellation of the order and a complete refund of the purchase priceI was promised that my bank account would be refunded the entire purchase price on Friday (3/23/2018)Then, today (Thursday and after business hours), I received a call from Rooms To Go Customer

"Brand New" Furniture sold with Bed Bug Infestation
I purchased what was supposedly "brand new" furniture from this Rooms To Go location
Several weeks after delivery, my fiance and I noticed that we were getting welts after sitting on the furniture Initially we thought it was an allergic reaction, but further investigation found that the "loveseat" we bought was heavily infested with bed bugs
We attempted to contact Rooms To Go on several occasions to get some kind of assistance, but every single person we spoke with insisted that the bed bugs couldn't have come with the furniture
Our counter to that is that bed bugs have been found nowhere - let's repeat that - NO WHERE else in the apartment EXCEPT for the furniture that was purchased from Rooms To Go
Again, the ONLY place bed bugs have been found is in/on the furniture from Rooms To Go
RTG refuses to even discuss the matter, despite mine not being the only complaint regarding bed bugs in supposedly new furnitu

We are having issues getting RTG to deliver new and undamaged furniture purchased on 02/18/ All attempts at delivery were unsatisfactory

My complaint is against the Rooms to Go in the Colony
I ordered a bed on 9/10/after I had shopped around, so I was very happy with my choiceThe soonest they could get it to me was 10/1/They showed up with the wrong bed
