Mattress protection sheet that failed
My son slept in our bed when he was sick for two nightsWhile doing so he wet the bed on night two which left a stained on the actual mattressSince the bed protector did not prevent this from happen I called in a claim immediatelyAfter the company rep came out to view the stain, we are now being told that 1) it looks like multiple stains and 2) the stain is on the side which is not covered under the warranty
# is flat out wrong but #would suggest that me (the buyer) was told, by the way, although we are telling you this mattress protector will prevent stains and we will cover any stains that was not prevent this statement is not true concerning stains on the side

Broken couch not being repaired in a timely manner
