I bought SEVERAL items from Rooms to go in January at their Dunn StoreI bought a couch, love seat, and glider along with an entire bedroom suite and kitchen table and chairsAfter approximately days I had a guest sitting in the love seatThey went to get up and the butt part of the cushion rippedThe leather in that area looks very thinI immediately contacted rooms to goThey sent a representative out that was only there for all of about secondsTook a picture and left that was itAfter about hours rooms to go called and said they would not honor their warrantyI was not asking a for a refund just an exchange for one that was not defectiveI have no issues with any of the items I bought except for this loveseatI want Rooms to go to be responsible for honoring their warrantyIt was only days since the delivery date
