I came into the store to make a purchaseI was getting ready to move into a new home and needed some furniture for the move in date I checked to see if I could finance it for about a month and I told the financing person that I would be paying off one piece of furniture completely after I received a check for the sale of my homeI was very clear that I would be paying off one piece of furniture( I only bought two pieces and planned on paying off the most expensive peice)
I was approved to purchase the furniture through a leasing company and once again confirmed I would be paying off the sofa within a two to three week period
Not once did the financing person tell me I could not pay one peice of furniture offI even mentioned it several times to her during our conversation
Fast forward and I moved into my homeAs planned I went into store to pay off the sofa I was going to leave the chair to be financedI came in to pay and was told that I was not allowed to pay one
If I could give them no stars I would I have gone through couches and a love seat in a year from Rooms To Go in Raleigh, NCThe first one last only months and the cushions were sinking and you were tilting to the end of the couch After trying to get it repaired and failed they allowed me to exchange it Well the exchanged couch & love seat which cost me even more money did the same exact thing Rooms to Go sent over two techs (one on 12/20/& the other on 1/10/19) to look at the pieces They both told us that there is a problemThe last one even told me he was recommending a total replacementI received a call a few days after each appointment and the same customer service person stated that the report says there is nothing wrong and it is just wear and tear When I asked for a copy of the reports they refused to give it to meThe customer service manager stated I would need a court order I said so why are you keeping this information from me? Either you are a liar or your techis Either way this is not good for your company Couches & love seats should not fall apart after only months Especially when we all work full time and are not home all day
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH THEM THEY SEEM TO SELL CHEAP QUAILITY FURNITURE BUT NOT AT CHEAP PRICES THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS
Services after purchase, no respect for people time and docent want to get any responsibly, once you pay, no care even if their fault
It looks like R2G has a big problem with their customer services skills and all they care about in the stores just make you buy and that set

I have bought all my furniture from Rooms to go; and I was always told that it does not matter if you make the purchase online or at the store, it would be the same I was also told that you have a price match guarantee for days from delivery/pickup date Today I saw that the Bedford Heights dining set that I bought below is $less When I tried to chat with the Internet sales team I was told that the guarantee is days only and that the local store policies might be different I chatted and called on the phone but no one wanted to honor what I was told when I made the purchase and failed to show me where does it say the days limit
