Purchased what suppose to be a new mattress and box springwhen it was delivered it had no plastic on it which makes me think it was used
Purchased what suppose to be a new mattress and box spring but when it was delivered their was no plastic on it, so makes me think it was used
Worth Mattress we have ever ever slept on
The box spring is warped and the mattress sags
whether you lay on the right side or the left you will be in the middle before it's over with
Our backs hurt worst than ever after sleeping on this junkRooms to go will not stand behind there product at all which is sadShows they have no confidence in the Furniture they sell
At least Walmart will let you return anything
And most all Furniture Stores will back the product they sellNot Rooms to go
They will never ever be a repeat store for us
First and the last for us if they cannot stand behind this and make it right

Our brown leather sectional is less than three years old and peeling in several areasWe researched the issue and founds tons of the same complaints
We first noticed the first signs of peeling months agoMostly in areas where one's head or bottom touch the surfaceWe puchased the couch less than years ago at the Sawgrass locationWe utilized my wife's RTG credit card and paid it off earlyIt is a chocolate brown Cindy Crawford "leather" sectionalI believe we paid in the 2k range

While the salesman, Kenny was great, my experience after was not They charge a hefty delivery fee I was supposed to have my bedroom furniture delivered yesterday between and They called at and said they had mechanical problemsI called the store before and they had no information on the deliveryThe driver promised he would be here at pm todayI had an oncology appointment at that I couldn't miss The driver didn't show up until after Rooms To Go refused to waive the delivery feeSo I refused deliveryNow they won't reimburse me for the money I paid until the furniture returns to the warehouse (hours), ven though I signed their document refusing the delivery and never took possessionI will never purchase from them again

I have requested a refund for an item that was delivered broken three timesI have emailed and called with no response
In October of I spent close to $9,on all new furniture for my newly purchased home I had a delivery date and when the furniture arrived the tech opened the box containing a Galeno bar
( XXXXXXXX ) and the top was brokenHe shut the box and said it had to be reorderedWe were having company over new years and bought the bar for that night so we were happy when the new delivery date was 12/- just in time It cameThis time we watched the technician screw the bar top on to the base with a screw gun and the bartop upside down He screwed the screw right thru the top!!! When he turned it over he tried to say it came that waySo we re ordered it a third time This time I was promised by him and follow up call person that item would be totally assembled in warehouse, arrive in bubble wrap and have no issues Can u believe that when it came the thir

We have had a horrible experience with Rooms to Go The lack of customer service is substantial and embarrassing
While I don't have specific dates in front of me at this moment, I will take the time to tell you that we are on our third attempt for quality delivery from this company Between my wife and I we have had to take full days off of work to try and accommodate receipt of our product This process has now cost us more in lost wages than the furniture is worthTrying to get accurate information from your customer service team has proven futile and the lack of care and compassion has been nonexistent It is quite evident at this point that my business and satisfaction mean very little In this effort to try and communicate our displeasure, I hope that someone from your management team will have the decency to reach out and try to rectify what has been a tragic experience

I purchased a desk/hutch and a yr Extended Service Contract from RTG with the specific promise that spills/stains/scratches would be covered
My order # XXXXXXXX desk/hutch was sold to me by Betsy V.Sales # XXXXXX on 10/21/at Pembroke Pines Rooms To Go I was specifically told PRIOR TO MY PURCHASE by MsVthat any spills/stains/scratches would be covered under my yr Furniture Repair Plan
On September 2018, I contacted RTG to have a service technician inspect my son's desk/hutch for stains and scratches My request for assistance was repeated declined I requested assistance from RTG for a total of months
RTG passed on my complaints to their 3rd party Claims Department Company called Fortega saying they declined my claim A RTG Customer Service Supervisor named Sabrina argued with me as opposed to saying "I am sorry" I expected at least a show of sympathy from a Customer Service Supervisor, but Sabrina did not offer apology As I stated, she was very argu

Replacement of faulty mattress Exact same mattress is $more now than it was last April when I purchased it
I purchased a mattress in April of I recently discovered the mattress fabric was coming apart at the seamThey approved it to be replacedHowever they said my mattress was discontinuedSo I went to store to pick new one of equal valueIn the same location of the store was the exact same mattress in which I purchasedSame fabricSame everythingExcept the price was $more I feel they should replace mine with the same mattressOr same brand I purchasedThey did offer me a small inconvience fee of $towards my new mattressI still don't think this is fair and will not purchase any more furniture from this companyChanging the name of a mattress and raising the price is only a scam to get more money out of the buyer if something goes wrong with your purchaseThis should be illegal

The store is not helpfulThey miscommunicated to us what needed to be done to reschedule and now are basically waiting half a year for a delivery

I urge everyone not to purchase from Rooms To GoI read the reviews beforehand and I had my reservations about itHowever, the horrible reviews just proved to be trueI ordered an entertainment center in July and they told me delivery was estimated to be in SeptemberThis was already a lengthy delivery timeCome September we had a delivery date when we would not be there for the arrival
To comply with Rooms To Go policies we contact the store with plenty of time to rescheduleWell, the staff completely miscommunicated their timelinesThey told us that we would have to call two days priorLow and behold we do and they tell us we are late in informing them because they need four days not twoSo we are pushed back to the end of the line and have to wait until Novembermonths wait timeAre you kidding me!!

Today, our son's bed was supposed to be deliveredHe was so excited since we have been waiting for about weeksThe excitement quickly died when the driver told us the wrong parts were deliveredI asked him when they would be delivering the correct pieces and he said he didn't know, I would have to call customer service, "I'm just the driver; I don't know anything about anything else." In my opinion, when you are the driver and wear a Rooms-shirt, you should still be concerned with customer serviceMy son was visibly upset, and it would have been nice if he would have taken the time to call customer service or assisted us in some way, but I know that wasn't his jobHe seemed like he was in a hurry to get me to sign and get out the door
I called customer service and Becky told me that the earliest they could deliver the "in stock" items was weeks from today (June 14-17)I asked her why we had to wait so long if it was their mistake in loading the wrong items on the truck, and couldn't they just move some things around to get us an early delivery date? She responded in an appalled and stern voice that "we do not bump other customers." I asked her if they could just squeeze us inShe said, no that those dates are the soonest they haveAnd then repeated, "we don't bump other customers' dates that they have reserved." I felt like I did something wrong or said something wrong and was being scolded for suggesting that my needs be addressed with some care and considerationI asked her what did they do for customers who have been waiting for weeks and had the wrong merchandise delivered? She said she would double check the dates and then came back on the line and confirmed again that weeks was the earliest dateI told her I would like to file a complaint and she told me that I was talking to the person who could hear the complaintObviously, she was part of my complaint, so why would I be okay telling her about itI asked for a manager or contact information, she directed me to the web site and told me to go to "contact us" to file a complaint
Is it such a horrible thing that my son sleeps on a mattress in his room for another weeks?
