Delivery drivers contracted under Rooms To Go Outlet to damaged hard wood floors
On 2/26/Rooms to Go Outlet delivery drivers delivered a sofa for our law firm in clearwater, Fl When the movers placed down the sofa, they pushed it back toward the wall and left deep scratches in the hard wood floors that cannot be removed I contacted the store to file a complaint and to begin the process of having the company take care of the floorSince 2/27/I have contacted the store directly and rtg customer service but have been giving the runaround and nothing has been done as of today

We cancelled delivery, would like our refund the way we purchased

We would like our full refund exactly how it was purchased, $back to our rooms to go card and $back to our Visa Credit Card
We never had possesion of sofas we purchased, we called and stopped the delivery from happening

We ordered different items, including sofa table that was supposed to have been delivered January 5th and which was not
