A piece of the bed broke a technician came took pictures and base on his statement they denied the claim
A piece of the bead broke, a technician from Room to go came and look at the bed, he could not fix it so he took some pictures an on 9/14/they call us to tell us that there is nothing that they can do to fix it and that I need to take it with the extended warranty companyThis extended warranty was sold by RTG at the store when I bought the bed
The extended warranty company got a copy of the report from the technician and base on his statement they say that the damage is not cover
I tried to talked with a customer service representative (different ones) but they just not care and don't want to listen to what I have to say, they keep saying that I need to contact the Extended Warranty people but they already made a decision base on the RTG technician statement even without looking at the pictures that the technician took

We are not satisfied with a bedroom set purchased from Rooms to Go
My husband and I purchased a bedroom set from Rooms to Go in October We spent over $2, It was a gift to our son for a graduation gift from college The footboard split and broke close to a year after the purchase Rooms to Go was very gracious and came and replaced it Now in February of the headboard has split My son has not abused the furniture and has always slept on the bed and kept it inside with temperature control I emailed Rooms to Go February 22, and received a response that the bed is out of its one year warranty I understand that, but feel tha furniture should not fall apart after a couple of years I had hoped Rooms to Go would stand behind the quality of their furniture

The manager is very nasty and talk to me badly because I did want the dirty items that was deliveredI have photos of what I paid for and what was delivered
I went nuts at the end of may to exchange my queen mattress because is was damaged so the Warrenty took care of it but they didn't have what I bought originally so I paid more and extra for a kingthen I financed the king size head boards and nightstand all in black so I took photos and sent them to my dad and husband so they will know what's coming but on Wednesday may all my items was damage so I took photos of it went in the office and talk to the manager damion and he was supposed to fix it but instead he was talking to me in a array of words Andy in a disrespectful wayso I told him I don't want none of this and that he had lied he has the men deliver broken furniture to me and he knew it instead of fixing it he made it worstnow he doesn't want to give me my money and what's worst I have proof of what happened

I was very upfront with the sales woman, specifically telling her about a bad situation we had had with a Durablend couch from Ashley Furniture I told her that I did not want any blended furniture She assured me that both couches I purchased that day were fabric
