Ordered slipcover with payment 1/20/It is 7/17/and still no slipcover

The missing parts are VERY obvious The part that prompted this complaint however is when Rooms To Go was notified of the problem they said they would switch the couch and deliver on 10/12/ So I get to wait another month for them to fulfill their obligation to me as the customer? Yeah, that sounds legitimate Take your crappy couch back and give me a refund First and last time I will be using your services
Refusal to honor the warranty expressed or implied at time of purchase
I purchased a brand new leather sofa and have had problems with cushion sagging and sinking, springs, discoloration, thread seems and foot rest supports since the furniture was deliveredRooms to Go responded initially and partially repaired cushion sinking and thread seamsHe informed us that the already discolored leather was and not warrantiedWithin weeks, the cushions began sinking again and have gotten way worse to the point now that you sit sideways on certain seatsIn addition, we now have a spring that is pushing against the bottom of one if the seatsWe recently went into our local store and expressed our concerns
S and were given an email after we were informed that the issues should be under warranty and should be correctedI sent several photos to this email and was immediately notified in written form that they would not repairing the issues as they did not see cracking in the leather
Please do not buy any extended warranty from these guys, its all big scam
sales guys will make all false/miss-communications while buying furniture, I bought a dinning table
I have been that they could fix any accidental damage with knifes, forks or anything
we called service for small scratches , small paint marks and noticed some manufacture damage
they took photos of all and lated rejected ..stating that they can;t fix and not covered

Denial of Warranty on Couch that is less than years old
My couch is less that two years old and the cushions in the center have collapsed Rooms to go sent out a tech to assess the couch, he said he could find no structural problem with the frame that would cause the issueHowever I had the extended warranty and I could file a claim I was contacted by customer service saying that the cushion failure is considered wear and is not covered under the warranty manufactuer warranty , I asserted that if the cushion problem is considered "normal" then the furniture peice is desighned to last less than three years, and I purchased the extended warranty but my claim was still denied The paticular couch that I have is no longer being sold by Rooms to Go
The Customer Service of Rooms to Go does not even warrant one star I ordered my living room furniture over a month ago and it has now been sent to me incorrectly twice - all they do is apologize and want to give me a store credit of $ No thank you - I'll take a refund check (Keep in mind, I have taken off work twice now for deliveries that were incorrect so $seems insignificant I NOW have to wait another weeks to get the correct piece (hopefully 3rd time is a charm) They didn't even TRY to work with me to get it to me sooner Just kept saying unfortunately this and unfortunately that - so ridiculous and POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE I will not be going back Very Very Uncaring people as far as the customers are concerned This is the most horrible experience with a business that I have ever had
