Poor quality recliners
We purchased recliners from Rooms to Go, Summer of We used Acceptance Now as our payment serviceOne of the chairs is not used as much but that is, looks like its years oldThe back of it has peeled so much that it's embarrassing for us to even have people overThese chairs were not cheap at all
I went with my wife to Rooms To Go Outlet located on Miller Rd, Brookshire, TX, on August 13, 2017, to buy furniture for our apartment, and we picked a living room set and a dining room set with a total of $and then the salesman advised us to pay through payments with a company works with Rooms To Go to finance for their customers, and we went to the counter and applied for the financing through them and the system gave me a total of of credit and with our furniture, we were covered with that amountand then we signed the agreement using a the machine they have for the amount of $ exactly and the lady informed me that if I miss any payments I will be charged with interest then and it wouldn't be an interest-free credit, and then she told me that it should show on my credit report.After a month it showed on my credit report the amount of $ under their name, I got worried because this is not my deal with them or the number we agreed on, and I cont
After submitting bills from contractors for damage done to my home by delivery men as instructed I cannot get a refund I just get more runaround
Ms Gina Gis who I get referred to no matter who I call she basically called me a liar and questioned the authenticity of my paperwork after much runaround she offered me less than half of the amount the repairs cost me and I have yet to receive anything in writing

we have had the worst experience with this company! We purchased a bedroom set and a sectional couch for over $from the Fort Myers locationboth the dresser and couch were damaged when deliveredwe have been contacted many time to fix the issues with nothing to show for itthey sent someone out to view the damage on the couch and set up a replacement to be delivered but when the new couch was delivered it was also damagedwe will now be going on weeks after the purchase of the couch before we have any chance of getting one that isn't damagedas for the dresser, we have been told that a replacement will take days to be replaced, our time will have been wasted for weekends in a row to have issue fixed

Rooms to go delivered the wrong carpet to my address, they refused to exchange in a timely manner, offering unreasonable time frames and refuse to put any priority on the delivery of the correct item
Rooms to go won't take any returns either and I already paid dollars for the item (a carpet) they offer dates to deliver on their schedule and do not want to put any priority on fixing the mistake that was made by their delivery service
They also delivered a broken glass on a console but they have offered to send the glass piece and then schedule a technician to come to exchange the broken piece
Rooms to go has a policy of no returns, and their customer service is horrible
Other companies would put a rush delivery and try to accommodate the customer's schedule
