Problem: After weeks of the delivery date, the furniture start showing signs of wearing off too soon, the fabric, the cushion deformedI called to Customer care Center for let them know my frustration, they setup an inspection after days (Mar /2015), one technician came to my house, took some pictures and he let me know some boy will get in touch with me for a resolution
Rooms to Go never called for a resolution, I was patiently waiting until today (April 2015) when I called again
Now the history is different, they claim the product is in condition, and there is nothing to do

Order numbers are XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX On May 30th we had our leather living room furniture delivered The delivery personnel on that day were courteous and professional However out of the pieces, were damaged The back of the right side of the leather couch was lower than the middle and left side The coffee table had a smashed in side as if a hammer had hit it The flap of the back of the leather loveseat that attaches to the bottom with velcro was cut short so it is just hanging there The delivery personnel unpacked everything in my house As soon as the delivery personnel was pulling out, customer service called and when I explained the problems, she said that she can have the pieces out but not until the 9th because that is the next delivery date available You would think that it will be delivered ASAP since of the pie
I had a terrible experience with this companyAfter receiving the wrong unit, being then lied to by a delivery driver (and he lied to his boss), and still being delivered the wrong unit a third time I am finished with themI also called customer service and spoke to in house managers times about this and was told by each of them (that's different people) that I would be getting a call back to address my concerns and no one once ever got back to meI finally called today to speak with the customer service agent manager and not only did he never apologize for this but he instead told me that I was never going to get a call back because those were 'in house' issuesI am so disappointed in the company because I have used them multiple times in the pastI do not recommend them anymore!!

My rocker is broken and I would like it repaired

If you buy their "year leather protection" "Force-Field" warranty, it ONLY covers food/beverage stainsI was not told that at the beginning or I would not have bought a white sofa/sectional
Also, if you file a warranty claim with them and the tech comes to your house and sees your food/beverage stain but also sees ANyTHING else other than food/beverage (like ink stain, jeans color transfer, crayon, etc.) they WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTYSo they won't clean or deal with your food/beverage stained area because you also have a ink mark!

Poor Quality - Furniture is Peeling & Cracking
I purchased a so called leather living room set years ago and it started cracking & peeling by the 2nd year of use but because I had the extended warranty RTG came & replaced pieces and would not restart or extend the warranty furtherWell, several years later I began to notice all of the pieces were peeling & cracking so I called customer service & they told me that they couldn't do anything because the warranty expired, however, when I spoke to one of thier salesmen, I was told that there was a recall on their leather blended furniture and I should contact corporateCorporate told me there is no recall but they would give me a $store credit toward the purchase of a new set but I would have to give them my entire set, which is crazy because I definitely do not want to ever purchase any more living room furniture from their company
