I purchased a leather loveseat on 10/18/ The arm of the loveseat is turning an orange color
My living room set was purchased on 10/18/ Up till a couple of weeks ago, we had no issues with it My love seat is turning an orange color on the arm rest I called Rooms To Go several times The first time I spoke with Eddie He told me to submit photos of the discoloration I emailed them to him and he came back and said this is from wear I said how if only one part of the love seat is turning? He said he spoke with his manager and he could not help me any further I called back to ask Rooms To Go their warrantyI spoke with TaraShe said I had a one year manufacture warranty and the leather was under a year warranty for stains and spills Tara took a look at my photos and called me back and basically said the same thing It's from wear But she could not answer my questions of how is this wear when just one spot is turning orange and the oth

We purchased a sectional from RTG on August 8th order #XXXXXXXX About days after we have had it I felt something poking me on my waist & I tried to brush it away assuming it was just some cookie crumbs I saw something plastic poking out of one of the pieces & when I pulled it out it was a feather! We had no clue that the sectional had feathers & neither was this mentioned during purchaseI logged onto the website to check for product description & nope I don't see anything talking about presence of feathersBut just to confirm we call RTG & the representative denies the presence of feathers & mentions that the product catalog description just mentions this being a cushion wrapped in microfiber material

Unable to come to a fair agreement for repair or replacement of furniture damaged by delivery drivers
At the beginning of October I purchase a bed at Rooms To Go, it was damaged so they scheduled to replace it on October On that day the delivery drivers while setting up the new bed did not remove the mattresses from the bedroom, one of the deliverymen bumped into the mattress which fell on my nightstand lamp, braking the lamp and cracking the all mirror nightstand and also a rock lamp that was on the dresser cracked the dresser We have been asked to do all of the legwork in getting this repaired, It is Italian mirrored beveled furniture, the repair shops we contacted are unable to do that bevel cut, it is not done in the stats we were told and they cannot guarantee the matching of the color of the mirror since there are shades, the lamp is acrylic and it also cracked We do not have receipts for the furniture but did send the webpage from the manufacturer, the cost of

Tried to order a new bedroom set and wanted to compare prices to see what would be cheaper, a 7-piece bedroom set (headboard, bed frame, dresser, nightstands, mirror) and take off the mirror, or a 5-piece bedroom set (that only comes with nightstand) and add on a nightstand

My husband and I were deceived thinking we bought a power reclining sofa only to be delivered a manual sofa
