BOUGHT A BED SET ON APRIAL FOR MY DISABLED TWIN BOYS AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT
I bought a bed set for my disabled twins so that they can have special accommodation on April it was suppose to be here on April they still don't have a bed because every bed they bought out to the house was broke and couldn't be assembled they have been out to the house four timesWhen I tell them I just want my money back they give me the run around now the boys still don't have a bed and they have not returned my money to me either Here is the update rooms to go gave me a inconvenience fee then they took it back because they can't deliver a working non broke bed for my disabled twin boysI spoke with John gat rooms to go Pensacola he is the manager he told me they will refund me my money minus the Smh they are a joke a big jokeMy kids are still without beds and I'm still without my money as of today 6-15-

Have had a lot of issues with delivery
On 07/15/at 7:32PM I purchased a furniture package, order # XXXXXXXX, from Rooms to Go Store # The order totaled $1526.50, including tax and delivery/setup Scheduled delivery date was 7/26/between the hours of 1-5PM I recieved a call at 2:59PM from telephone number 863-499-stating that the delivery team was three stops away from me and that it would still take some time for them to get here Time stated to me was between and 7PM Frustrated I said ok and hung up the phone Since it was going to take longer I decided to go take care of a few things such as dropping my son off at cheer and going to Walmart to pick up a few items I needed for a trip we were leaving for as soon as the delivery was made While shopping at Walmart I received a second phone call from phone number 813-623-at 4:34PM stating that the team got caught up and was currently sitting at my house At this point I had not received a courtesy c

Furniture ordered in August has failed to be delivered without damage for months and separate attempts
I purchased a living room set from Rooms to Go in mid August including the warranty on all pieces The furniture has come in damaged or incomplete times now over a span of months Delivery attempt dates are 8/23/18, 9/1/18, 9/7/18, 9/21/18, and 10/4/ I have taken time off from work for each instance and Rooms to Go has failed to fulfill the contract by delivering undamaged furniture I have multiple pictures of the damage Rooms to go customer service has failed to rectify this situation and provide the service contracted They are very difficult to deal with and have been unable to make this situation right I have now lost days of work for this issue

On Feb.23, installers delivered new mattresses and box springs The products were laden with animal hairs, dust and a putrid decaying odor
We purchased box springs and mattresses (1-Queen size "Stearns and Foster" and 2- full bed sets were "Vitality by "Dormeo"), approx$3100.00) from Rooms to Go on Feb15, When the installers arrived at the house, at about noon today (2/23/16) with the merchandise, everyone noticed that the product wrapping was damaged and had been re-taped Subsequent to the installers unwrapping the merchandise, we all immediately noticed an odor emitting from the products, along with small animal hairs and extreme amounts of dust on the new products The putrid odor smelled like decaying animals or feces in our opinion The installers said that Rooms to Go personnel would return and pickup the merchandise and would deliver a new Queen set within minutes With regard to the two (2) full sets, they would pick up these units up and deli

Purchased mechanical leather couch and recliner Upon delivery and before employees entered my home I explained my wood flooring was installed days earlier and carries a years warranty for wear and tearFurthermore if damaged it cannot be repaired and must be replaced They assured me there would be no damage that furniture is designed to be on wood flooring During assembly I watch the employee struggle to connect the two parts of the couch During that process I heard a scrape but the employee ignored it He also slammed furniture to floor attempting to connect the two pieces

I purchased living room furniture and the initial delivery was damaged The four exchange deliveries since have had damage as well!
I purchased a couch and recliner sectional set along with a matching power recliner this past summer of Out of the four pieces delivered, all four pieces were damaged! Rooms To Go would not honor a sales price published in the paperOn December 10, there was a Rooms To Go add in the Charleston Post and Courier paper on page AThe add heading at the top says Sealy Sleepers on Sale with sale in red lettersThere are several types of sofas shown in the addBeside each one it list Sealy Sofa Sleeper with a price in small letters then directly below in large letters it list a Sale Price in Red with a lower priceWe went to the store based on the add in the paperWhen we selected a sleeper sofa we were told the sale price was for a sofa not a sleeper sofaThe store manager gave the explanation that the add was poorly writtenThere is only one way to read the add as published and that is the sales price listed was for sleeper sofasThe store would not honor the sales price published in the paper
