On 11/23/I purchased a mattress at rooms to go, Anthony sold me a mattress pad but DID NOT tell me that the mattress pad would give the bed a firm feel, nor did he tell me that it was not returnable We used the pad one night and it made the bed uncomfortable and firm The store will not return it I called customer service and her words were "I was told that the mattress pads give beds a firmer feel since it pulls down on the mattress top." She also told me that customer service doesn't help with these issuesAnthony did NOT tell me this, or I would not have bought it! I feel lied to and now I spent $plus tax on something that I will never use Why would I buy a plush bed and then add a mattress pad for a firm feel? I wouldn't

Received Damaged Furniture delivered times and Horrible Customer Service
I have spent over hours, full Saturdays (that I don't have just to sit at home), waiting on ONE headboard that has been delivered damaged times! And all Rooms To Go is offering me is a $in store credit! I purchased my couch on 11/21/and was told it would be delivered on 12/26/because the couch was back orderedI paid a company to take apart and dispose of my previous couch in order for the Rooms to Go delivery crew to be able to set up my newly purchased couchDays before expected delivery date I received a call stating that my item was not available and it would be delivered the 3rd week of JanuaryI now have an empty living room with no couch and more weeks to go until I do have oneSo my delivery for my couch is over weeks lateI'm sure anyone would understand how frustrating this isnot only did I have to wait a month to have my couch delivered from my original purchase date, now I will be receiving it almost months after purchase date

If I had researched reviews, We never would have bought our bedroom suite from RTG!! We went to a store near us and found the set we wanted on Thanksgiving weekend We set delivery for weekend before Christmas
The dresser was not delivered We received a media center instead We waited more weeks for our Christmas present to finally be complete BUT we found that one of the doors on our dresser does not close properly Manufacture defect???
So we set up for another dresser to be delivered another weeks later I have been waiting all day The driver just got here!! 7:pm!!!
This is unsatisfactory! The worst experience ever!!

Cindy Crawford Loveseat Gone Bad Way Too Soon!! Is She Aware of Product Complaints?
It doesn't matter what year I bought the Cindy Crawford Loveseat because they are not supposed to go bad right after the warranty is upBut I purchased the Loveseat from RTG on 11/16/and just found out through customer service that the warranty was up 11/16/15! A few months after the warranty expired the Loveseat cushion area where I sit on the left side and which is used solely by me in my master bedroom to watch dvr at night for a few hours, started to feel extremely uncomfortable to say the least; I was sliding off! So I placed some blankets under the cushionsIt just kept getting worse and by I had placed wood and more blankets under the cushions and nothing helped to stop me from sitting at an angle and sliding down towards the floor!!! Delivery issues with RTG
I purchased $7,worth of Furniture in advanceDelivery was set to 12/I requested for delivery date to be moved days later because the house is not ready yetRooms to go said I had to wait until end of January (months) because if I change my delivery date, they will give my furniture to other customers with back ordersThis is unfair practice because the items are in stock and I have purchased them already
Just because RTG is running out of stock, they will give the furniture I purchased to other customers

Delivery truck left an oil stain on my driveway
When my furniture was delivered, the delivery truck pulled into my newly poured driveway (no one asked for my permission)The delivery truck was leaking oil apparently because upon leaving, a large oil stain was left behindI called customer service, they referred me to claims who proceeded to put me through the ringer providing photos of the stain only to eventually say that it wasnt Rooms To Go's fault
