Lack of oversight with outsourced delivery
We ordered a couch December 17th, at roomstogo.com We were provided a scheduled delivery date and hour delivery window on Saturday January 7th, The day before delivery, due to a snow storm, we were notified that the delivery date was moved until January 9th with the same time frame On January 9th, I called to make sure the delivery was still scheduled Upon confirmation, I took a vacation day to stay home to wait on the delivery Two and a half hours into the delivery time frame, RTG called to let me know that the delivery was rescheduled to January 10th with the same time frame I spoke to a manager at the RTG customer service department, who offered me a $refund Note I was charged $as a delivery fee for this item On January 10th, again I called to make sure the delivery was still scheduled Upon confirmation, I took a vacation day to wait on the delivery An hour and a half into the delivery time frame, RT

I have had several different accounts with Synchrony through many different stores over the years and also have a savings account with them One of the accounts I had with them was a Rooms To Go credit card
I recently received a notification from Credit Karma that I had closed my Rooms To Go account, when in fact, I did not Therefore, I called them to see what was going on

I have two of the same make and model sofas from Rooms TO Go, and they have both started sagging withing a few months of usage

While our sales man and woman were absolutely wonderful, it's been nothing short of a nightmare since ordering our furniture
