Hello..I have purchased a very expensive bed at Rooms to Go, we received it less than a week agoWe had a King bed and went to a QueenThe bed we were interested in did not have the Queen bed dimensions, it was several inches smaller in length and width, we were not advised of this prior to purchasingThe bed is so much smaller especially with the differenceAfter sleeping on it, I have a back acheI tried the bed for several nights and still have back painWe wanted to return the bed and get our down payment back but they would not let us, they wanted to give us another bedThey would not give us our refund after many calls and truthfully we do not want to deal with them againAlso, my husband has seizures and due to this extra stress, he has been very sick

We had furniture from rooms to go we paid in november we told then we need delivery in December drivers came with broken drawers broken dining table n
And table with missing parts when they told me to call costumer service I called they talk to drivers they said I will receive missing part within 3-days when I received it technician came and left he said this is not the part he need it when we call costumer service they were so rude and I ask them to refund my money because they didn't know when they will have missing part or replace table if they can send me new table or just take this one away they took my number to call me back but never call me back I am so upset with this incomplete furniture laying in my garage

I was told by sales person # XXXXXX ON FEBRUARY 7, 2016after purchasing a couch, love seat, end tables, lamps, king bed, night stands, armoire, chest, mirror, kitchen table, chairs and a bench that if I had any issues or problems with anything I purchased I could have it picked up and returned (I'd be responsible for delivery fee)! I told the salesperson I'd be purchasing the mattress and box spring from Macy's and he went on and on about a mattress he had on sale that was better than a Stearns&foster and cheaper than what I'd spend at Macy's and assured me if I didn't like it that I could call him directly and he'd take care of it A week later the whole story is completely different and salesman#XXXXXX is never availableSO AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF HIM NEVER CONVENIENTLY AVA

we bought a recliner sit back on December of which they offer a warranty of yearsyears later the back of the recliner seem to be loose ,I call customer service and they said we don't have warranty for that ,, the ONLY thing the warranty covers is spillsreally if I will only knew that before we got all the other stuff and we bought the warranty on it but is fine I will never go back to buy anything from them anymore

In July (5th) Rooms to go cashed my check for $for slipcovers which they state could take up to 90days to recieveNo response to my call kr email
They said last week they would get back to me in to hrs and I never heard from them againThey cash my check but make no attempt at all to contact and let you know the order has been placed, or even open an account for you..Every time calling it is the same thing, they apparently do not consider buying slipcovers as placing an krder so never bother to out you in the system so everytime you call it is like starting over

Put $down on a living room set on 1/12/Went back wks later was told the set was discontinued & no refunds
I put $down on a living room set on 1/12/and went back to show it to my daughter on 2/03/and was informed that the living room set has been discontinued and was also informed that there are no refunds I asked them how they could sell the set that I saw in the store if they new I out it on lay away, they told me that they have no way of knowing when items will be discontinued or when they are no longer in inventory

My Delivery was set for between the hours of and No problem took the day off to waitBy the time 4pm came and went I called customer service to get an ETAand the person on the other end said its not there yetThen oh we called you and left a voicemail to let you know that the new window is 1-I did not receive a call on my primary phone (they called my office number and left a message there which I received Monday upon my return)Around 6pm when they finally arrivedOne of the delivery people came up and told me they were thereI watched them outside the patio just hanging around the truck and chatting for some reason as I was waiting to finally get my couch....then I watched them pull it out of the truck and drop it.....I was really hoping it was packed wellThen of course they come up and tell me they cant deliver my couch because it now has broken legsOf course this happened during transit SO now they must reje

Both couches were months old called for service cause there was holes in the couch the tech came out twice now and told me it was a warranty issue then the office called me and said it wasn't we take care of these couches and can't get any service for themI don't know what to do to get them fixed and don't even want them anymore with all the trouble I have been going thru

"Leather" furniture is shedding/peeling after a couple of years
I bought the recliner leather couch set After years it started to shed or peel the leather away The shedding is really bad and gets all over you when you sit in the chairs There are only two people living in my house and we are not rough with the furniture The furniture is not old enough to look this bad

Horrible customer service, first purchased a set of my daughter's bedroom and a sectional for my living room on memorial day sale, scheduled the bedroom furniture received it with the six drawer chest missing some of the legs was going to take five to seven business days to receive them, (still haven't receive them) next, I schedule the sectional and had to schedule to receive in 2-weeks because they didn't have all the parts available, the day of the delivery they say that I refused the order and then that they tried to contact me for the delivery but they couldn't I called that same day customer service because I hadn't received anything and didn't have any idea where my furniture was but it was closed so I called the store where I purchased everything and they said my order was locked and that they couldn't do anything for hours until the order was unlocked to reschedule because they couldn't deliver anythingTwo days later which it was a Monday called customer service to see what was going on and she said that I could reschedule the delivery but not all the pieces were available and they were going to be available until August, which makes wonder what is it that they had in the truck when they were supposed to deliver if they're saying they don't have all the pieces availableOf course that got me really upset because I don't plan to sit on the floor for the next two monthsI told her I wanted to cancel my order and she transferred me to the store I bought it atThe girl there a little rude told that I could cancel the order but that because I paid in cash I was going to get a check in three weeks and that they keep 20% as a store credit when you cancel, all this was over the phone so I decided to go into the store because it's unfair for me not to get all my money back when they don't even have the items in stock and have had going thru a bad experience all along (they shouldn't sell anything if they don't have it.) so I go into the store and ask to talk to the manager and he is gone for the dayGreat!! They stay firm that they can't give me all my money back because I signed and that's their policy and that they could only give the money back when you cancel within hours after the purchase, believe me I would've done it then If I had known I was going to go thru all thisI'm so upset and hope nobody ever does business with this placeHorrible experience from the beginning I don't know how they are still running business were all the reviews I see for this company are complaints about similar issues to mineI'm still going to wait to talk to the manager and see what he can doBut no matter what I'm not doing business with them againAll customer service representatives care nothing about customers

Zero stars should be an optionI agree with all of the reviews of the delivery serviceIt was horrible when my sectional was delivered over a year ago, but obviously this is still a recurring issueMy main concern is the craftsmanship and warranty provided on the furnitureAfter purchasing a $3,sectional which required multiple calls in the 1st year due to multiple issues, the screws and brackets are now stripping out of the particle board which was used throughout the sectionalWhen I discussed the use of particle board as a reliable product for a $sectional, I was told "well you bought the couch." I responded with, "obviously I did not know the sectional was made with particle board which is not a reliable product." The response, "well the company thought it was reliable at the time they made the sectional." Of course, RTG now responds that the craftsmanship of the couch is not their issue after one year and can do nothing at this point which is the same that occurred with my children's furniture when bed slats were breaking and hinges on drawers were coming apart, of course, after the one year warrantyRTG response is that I can write a letter to "Presidential"? Way to pass the blame RTG and offer no remedy to the situation even when I am willing to pay for a repair if the company would be willing to send a technician

Took times to deliver the complete and undamaged orderRefused to refund delivery fee
After having to make appointments to deliver a large furniture purchase, RTG refused to refund the delivery feeIt took times due to RTG 'forgetting' to load all the furniture and then twice delivering damaged goodsThey offered a 50% refund, then never applied thatCustomer service reps were rude and not at all empathetic to the customer
