I am seeking a new dresser and a new headboard or repaired dresser and headboard and a new mattress

On June 29th 2016, a kind associate assisted me at Rooms To Go I selected a complete bed, a nightstand, chess, mattress, and dresser I paid a percentage of the furniture purchase on this day and I made arrangements for the furniture to be delivered to my home on July 7th, I was given a time frame that the furniture will be delivered from am to 10p on July 7th On July 7th, Rooms To Go delivery gentlemen arrived and set the furniture up I called Rooms To Go in Lakeland the morning of July 8th, to inform the manager that a *** is loose on the nightstand and I had a complaint about the mattress I spoke to the store manager Inga about the complaints on July 8th Inga told me "you have to sleep on the mattress for days before you can come in and exchange it." I purchased bar stools from Room to go in store in Melbourne Fl They informed me that the product comes from of their vendors They will ship them directly to my house from their vendor's site No problem The stools were delivered when promised, but when unpacking them I noticed of the stools fabric was torn Obviously I will want an exchange for a non-ripped stool I call Room to go 1-customer service line and they informed me the product is a "special order" and someone from that deptwill call me back same day It's not like I ordered a special fabric I wanted exactly as they showed from their web page Well, a week goes by, still no call back So, I go to the store where I purchased them They inform me same thing-someone will be contacting me within the week Well, another week gone by-still no contact I call the store again This is now the 3rd time contacting Room to go The service lady on the phone from the Mel

The furniture was delivered on November, After about weeks I noticed that I would slide forward when I sat down I called customer service and a technician was sent He removed stuffing from the seat part and placed where the bend of the knees would be which caused the seat part to sink down when sittingI called customer service and another Tech was sent to take a picture Customer service called be back more than a week later to tell me that they did not see a problem I disagreed and another tech was sent to take more pictures to which I was told there was no problem seen I was put in contact with the corporate office and was asked to take yet another photo and send by email which I did two weeks ago As of this day, April 24, 2018, I have not been contacted

Customer service is trash, the product/couch is virtually worthless, and Rooms To Go has lost a customer for life over a repair that I volunteered to pay (in spite of it being due to Rooms To Go's shoddy product)I sincerely hope this one time sale was worth it, as I will NEVER step foot in there again
