Purchased furniture from Rooms To Go using finance company acceptance nowI had to make two trips to the store because the associate was not knowledgeable in what documents were needed to be signedI made all my payments online and ended up paying more than the agreed amount because of unnecessary chargesI called for my payoff amount and paid itWhen I called back to confirm my payments, I was told that I was not done paying off my furniture and that the final payment could not be paid online and that I would have to make a trip to the store(none of this was communicated to me when I made the purchase) I was out of townIf could not make it to the store to make that final
payment within days, I would be subject to paying more interest on the furnitureAcceptance now is a rip off, do not finance with them

Bed not assembled correctly
My wife and I purchased several thousands dollars of furniture from RTG, including an adjustable base bed The items were delivered the first Saturday in March We have had issues with the bed since we've had it If you touched it, it would roll a foot across the floor When we attempted to adjust it, it was never comfortable We assumed it was poor quality and a bad purchase that we would have to live with However, a couple days ago my husband looked at the base of the bed and the head of the bed and realized RTG had put the bed together incorrectly The foundation was backwards with the foot to the head of the bed and the head at the foot He took the bed apart and reassembled it and that's when we discovered the braces to the bottom of the bed and it was more obvious that the bed was put together incorrectly For the past months, we have endured terrible sleep and waking up with severe aches and pains I also woke up each morning for t

Not honoring warranty
I have had a technician from rooms to go come to my home due to my couch purchased less than a year ago has sunk in the center and is making a popping noise as it reclines I have now been told that this is due to a bent frame However this is not a defect for the manufacturer but is cause by customer wear and so is not covered I had also in addition purchased an extended year coverage being told it would cover the following: Structure and frame components, and recliner mechanisms However, when I call that number I am told since I am in the first year I have to go through rooms to go Since that first year is about to expire I asked if I could just wait till my year is up in which I was told they will not cover preexisiting conditions So now I have a couch that is broken but am still paying on and two warranties that can't help me with anything

Delivery guys put holes in my walls during delivery of furniture
