End of July of 2017, I walked into Rooms To Go and fell in love with this a gray piece sectional that I assumed would be perfect for my family roomI decided to purchase the sofa after testing it out for comfort and qualityThe sofa onsite was made extremely well and durableThe cost of the sofa was $ On August 1, I had taken off from work for my furniture delivery and the furniture was delivered with a piece from a complete different setI called customer service and the soonest they would replace it was August 9thWhich I found absolutely ridiculousThere in my living room I had pieces of the gray sectional with one random beige sofaThe delivery men would not take the beige piece back and said I have to keep it here until the other sofa is receivedABSOLUTELY ridiculousI should have received my order the way I had seen it on site at the Rooms To Go locationMy sons birthday party was that weekend and here I have different sofas in my living roomAfter nu
Replacement drawer
My husband and I purchased a Queen bedroom set from Rooms2Go in Fort Myers in October We have had NUMEROUS issues since the moment we bought the furniture We were finally able to get the replacement sofa after battling with customer service for over a month, however, I am STILL waiting for one (1) drawer that is completely destroyed This is how it was delivered to me in October and the delivery personnel hid it from me otherwise I would have refused the product at that time Since then, I have placed 6-calls to customer service trying to get this one (1) drawer sent to me The most recent call was made on Friday, 12/28/18, where I was promised by the customer service rep that a new drawer would be sent out to me next day Needless to say, I still have yet to see this drawer or a call stating why this is delayed AGAIN
We have had SO many problems with Rooms2Go and we regret ever spending almost $dollars with this company We have never had issues
Warranty issues when you move
I purchased my leather sofa in June of last year,when delivered the way it had been packed in truck the top left of sofa was dented in, they came out and fixed the problem,I don't know if they took stuffing from right side because now the right side is caving in as well as the seatI just called they said because I had moved the warranty was voidI was never told this when I purchased, it is written in small print on back of sales receipt I was just informedThe lady in customer service said well you signedThe receipt was generated from the computer where I signed on a pad, so I wouldn't have seen it nor was I ever toldThis is a very expensive sofa
Problem with them not refunding ALL of my money
I ordered a dinette set online on 2/28/was told that it would be delivered on 3/15/between am - pm; received a txt on 3/and 3/confirming delivery date and time listed above; on 3/15/@ 7:am I receive a call from their driver that they are min away I told them that I was told between am and pm they proceeded to tell me they don't know why I was told that because they start working am in the morning and I needed to be home...said they would wait a couple minutes then they would have to leave I cancelled what I was doing and returned home...they came to delivery the table; left trash all over my floor; left delivery blanket in my floor and did not place the table where it needed to go just set it up and left it in the middle of the floor...not to mention the table was too small for my home...I called them with my problem and concerns about what had happened no one seemed concernedI asked to speak with a man

I have a leather sofa set that's years old that the stitching is coming apart and the black is fading grey! After multiple emails sending pics they will not fix the issue even after I bought the leather warranty (which isn't too cheap)The store said it covers discoloration, and factory defects for years, after purchasing this warranty and calling customer service they say all it actually covers is food and beverage stains! Sales associate sold me this set because it DOES NOT require a box spring
I purchased a living room set AND a bedroom set at or just over a month ago(Order number: XXXXXXXX)
While in the showroom my sales associate, Scott, tells me to save some money I could purchase this specific bed frame that doesn't require a box spring underneath
Even in the showroom, there is ONLY ONE mattress on the beds
I had to wait for weeks before someone was able to come out and "look" at my bed frame
He came out over this past weekend, told me that this INCH gap is normal, I just need a box spring

Delivery/replacement, and damage to door facing
Order Date: September 3, 2017, order #XXXXXXXX & #XXXXXXXX, delivery date September 12, payment amount total $Finance some through rooms to go and $on a visa cardOn the Sept12th after delivery called the number explained to the person I was not happy with the delivery or the furniture, when delivered they forced the couch through the opening in the hallway to living room damaging the door facing on the closetI explained to them that I was not happy with the furniture, and that one of the tables was not sitting right, they stated they would have their claims department get back with me to this day January 24, we have not heard anything on the damagesI had to end up going into the store the manager scheduled for every piece to be replaced when they scheduled the delivery date they called and stated that the love seat would not be available until January which was over a month out, then they called a couple
On first delivery one piece was the incorrect piece of furniture and a second piece was damagedA folldelivery was scheduled to deliver the correct pieces of furnitureOn the second delivery one piece came in damanged again and the other piece was the incorrect one againA third delivery was scheduled along with a date for the damaged piece to be repairedI received a phone call where I was given a schedule of 9-1p for delivery of the correct piece and a second call to schedule the repair on the same day for 12-4pI now have to spend a day waiting for furnitureWhen I contacted customer service to try to get the delivery and repair scheduled in the same time frame I was told that was not possibleI then asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for minutes after which time was told the manager was busy and that there was nothing I could doI asked about returning the damaged piece and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee
The leather sofa sleeper I purchased from Rooms To Go, including the $"bond" protection charge, is cracking/peeling

Damaged sofa, wrong entertainment center delivered, horrible customer service
I purchased a sofa/love seat and entertainment center from the North Charleston Rooms To Go After waiting MONTHS for my delivery they delivered the wrong entertainment center, which the delivery guy wanted me to accept, and the sofa had a chunk missing out of one of the legs I also tested the surface protection and water soaked right into the fabric unlike how it beaded up on the showroom sofa I had to take an additional day off of work to wait on the corrected delivery of the entertainment center, and was told a concession would be made They sent me back and forth on the phone a dozen times between the store and corporate on who would make a concession In the end they offered a measly bucks for two days of me off work, a damaged sofa leg, no fabric protection (which I paid over dollars a sofa), and delivering the wrong entertainment center This is the worst customer service I have ever re
Couch frame collapsed during warranty period due to manufacturing defectNow they won't repair when issue occurred againThis is a defect
We purchased a dining table as well as a matching couch and chair from RTG in Greenville, SC
From the beginning, the couch was slightly unstable but we didn't know at the time that it indicated a manufacturing defect inside the couch itself
After just a few months of very light use (my wife and I live alone, don't have any kids, etc.) the right side of the couch completely collapsed to the floor
My lbwife was the only one sitting on the couch at the time
The frame inside the couch gave out and the legs bowed out to the sideThe couch was left sitting on the floor on that side
We contacted RTG and they sent a tech out to 'repair' the issueHe did not replace any part of the frame or complete an actual repair
All this tech did is put a couple of small screws in place to temporarily secure that side of the couc
