They delivered the wrong furniture to my house

When I went in they stopped in the middle of the transaction in order to make sure they took care of other customers that walked up in the middle of everythingThey originally told me my payments would be $a month and then changed it to $a monthThe furniture is not what I ordered although the colors are the sameOne of the tables is broke and can not be used because the top wont stay downWhen I looked at the contracts they sent me I found they forged my signature on them (the biggest tell was they signed my full legal name and I never use my legal name)When I called they day before they delivered with my concerns about the order they refused to let me speak to a manager (I tried multiple times to call them)

Rooms to go offered us a promotional price of $75/month, but the bank they're working under to file the monthly payments is charging us $500/month
Rooms to go charged my parents a promotional price of $per month on a bed they recently purchasedBut, the bank which Rooms To Go is operating under and decides the monthly payments is sending my parents a bill of $500/monthMy parents called Rooms To Go to get this bait and switch situation taken care of, but nothing has been doneHow the promotional price has been advertised and sold to my parents is advertising and if the situation isn't resolved we will be filing a lawsuit against Rooms To Go and their bank

Rooms to go did not deliver me quality furnitureThey have tried many attempts to remedy the issue by bringing replacement furnitureThe replacement furniture is just as bad as the original furniture I have asked many times for them to come back and pick it up and to please not bring new furnitureI want them to come get all of it and give me a full refundI feel they are taking advantage of me because of my age and raceI am years oldI can't get around like I used toI don't want to be forced to keep and pay for furniture that is simply no good

I purchased a table Carpathia Cherry rectangle 7pc daning Rooms on 11/09/The delivery whas scheduled for 12/09/
I received the confirmation for the Delivery by voice message and text, Then I login to the rooms to go to look , It's when I realize that they deliver today was changed to Tuesday 12/12/without my authorization, nobody had the courtesy to notify me I went to rooms to go store but I did not resolve anythingI took a second day off from work on 12/12/To wait for the table delivery But,the table on arrived with factory defectRooms to go employee couldn't put the the baddest o the table top;they left the pieces two table bases,two table extensions,the table on the floor all over my dining room area.I ready hit my selft because the table pieces are on the floor on the way to my kitchenThey told me told me to call the store and to speak to my sales person or customer service
I called customer service first thing in the morning on 12/13/they told me

I received my bed and dresser from RTGUpon delivery both items were broken in numerous locationsThe delivery men were very rude to my wife when she asked them to wait for her to inspect the products they hurried up to get out of the house and in the truck before she could look at the itemsThey also left trash all over my house and yardI have called RTG numerous times trying to speak with a manager and keep getting the runaroundI was told a manager has hours to return your callBut per there return policy says you only have hours to ask for a return

Very bad quality, very bad after sales serviceWe've bought a sectional and we found out that it was broken inside and had scratches and missing pieces like it was used before, we called them and they literally said you got what you paid forI tried to contact costumer service but they never reply

I submitted a review previously and wanted to follow up with another one My issue with the bench was resolved Lourdes Creached out to me and helped to get me a replacement bench within a week's time In fact, not one bench was delivered, but two and I could choose the one I wanted to keep I also wanted to note that the bench was a part of a dining room set that I purchased The dining room set with chairs were delivered with no issue I took the time previously to note my complaint and I wanted to equally take the time to note my praise I really appreciate my issue being taken care of - Thanks

Furniture order can't be completed for more than months now due to quality and delivery issuesCustomer service complicates replacement
On April 13, we made a large furniture order for our new house in our local RoomsToGo storeThis order included counter height stools (Mimosa White Counter Height Stool)
In about week of stools were delivered, but one had chips on the wooden base, so we called to customer service to order replacement (so we got good stools of 7)
In couple of weeks RoomsToGo tried to deliver more stools (as scheduled and one replacement), however only one of them was of good qualityOther were either damaged or used (literally had food stains)So we contacted customer service again and asked for replacementBy that time and now we got only good stools of
Company assigned replacement in few weeks, but that time we were unable to receive it and delivery was rescheduled to beginning of June, but somehow they brought only one stool,

I ordered a Dining room set along with a Buffet, I received a used floor Model, the buffet glasses broken, I cal RTG cs so a new back to me or refund
I ordered (Order # XXXXXXX ) a Dining room set along with a china/Buffet, and they delivered to my house a used floor Model and the buffet glasses are broken, and when I contacted RTG customer service on the phone to have a new set sent back to me, the representative, stated that they cannot refund me the money but they will give me days to choose a new set through out the store, and if I cannot find something else, I will be stock with the broken oneAin't that something? My tile was damage during the delivery process, and even though they sent someone to take picture, of the damage I was also by RTG representative that I did not call during the hours to report the incident when I have called and mention the issue to the rep on the phone

we purchased a couch that they had to exchange due to defects a few months later and now the second couch is falling a part as well
as mentioned above we also purchased the extended warranty as well a new piece of furniture should not fall a part and require repair days into the purchase this couch has been repaired twice already and now the same issue again as well as the material is comimg a part we spent dollars on a piece of furniture that's not worth the moneyI have purchased another living room set at the same time from your competitors and had zero issues with it the workmanship of your products is very poor as well as you customer service

Very disappointed in rooms to goI ordered from the Naples Florida store and was told the only available delivery option was expressI was fine with waiting as long as it didn't take monthsMy salesman said the delivery people could not set a specific time but he assured me that the driver would call 30mins before deliveryI live in a house behind another and he made notes saying that the driver will read them and know where to goHe also told me that the delivery staff would take my old mattresses without any issue
In reality, the driver didn't call before hand, went to the front house, woke up the sick year old woman, and I had to chase them down the road in order for them to pick up the old mattress

On 8/10, Rooms To Go sent another technician to my home because the one who was supposed to previously come never showed the week beforehandThey were coming out to assist with a food/water stain that I tried to clean with the ForceField Fabric Cleaner, however, the cleaner left a water markWhen the technician arrived, he took pictures of that section of the sectional and stated the entire sectional needed cleaningMy sectional is rarely ever sat on and this was the first time there was ever a need for me to attempt to clean anything on the sofa
In closing, he stated Rooms To Go would call me within 2-days to schedule a cleaning company to come out because all he'd be able to do is spot cleanThe rest of the week passed and I never heard from Rooms To Go, so I called today
I was informed that the information he gave me was inaccurate and also, I was informed that in his notes he stated he told

Purchased a bedroom and dining room set mid August and I'm note being told the dining room set is discontinued and the bedroom set is on back order
Purchased furniture but didn't take immediate delivery due to the fact that I was displaced from the recent floodsI was instructed by the salesman to call one week in advance to schedule delivery Even received a courtesy call about a week ago staying the same So I found me a place to stay and called on this morning to have the furniture delivered on the 10thThis is when I learned that the dining room table had been discontinued and the bedroom set was on back order until the end of this monthI asked for a price match on the dinette set and was told they couldn't do that How do you sell furniture that isn't available?
